Defeating the entire purpose of having a crypto-blockchain & decentralized platform, Audius doesn’t distribute or pay artists for streams with their platform’s Token. 2-3 years & as one of it’s earliest supporters & adopters, this is inexcusable. The initial idea of Audius was promising, now that the biggest shareholders of the token have the largest stakes of the currency, they prefer to keep it instead of doing what we all thought the platform was created to do. “Top 5 playlist, Top 5 underground blah blah blah” is not a TRUE way to pay artists for the use of their music. Being the first blockchain platform for music streaming I believe the platform has failed in its mission. Their will be another platform that comes about surely & when it does, it will solve this issue & only then will Audius CONSIDER paying EVERY artist for their streams. Just stupidity at it’s finest, & greed. Node operators that don’t even distribute music make more than the artists by a landslide. Correct me if I’m wrong? Tell me that you guys shouldn’t pay artists for the use of their music with your platform token, & the fact that years after launch this isn’t happening isn’t as ridiculous as one could imagine? I’ll wait-actually I won’t. Best of luck, I don’t encourage any artist to out their work here, you will not be compensated. Audius, you have to forgive me but this is the truth & I can assure you I supported the platform in a patient way as long as I could.

Tried to setup an account AudiusMusic said my email was already used. I never used Audius before. Tried another e-mail address, said that was already in use. Tried a 3rd e-mail address and it said that was already in use too. I never signed up or used audius with any of these addresses before now. They offer no way to change password at log-in. Seem like there is a problem with the signing up to this service. I tried because I’m into their business model and investing into their crypto and apparently Diplo has tunes on there too. Was hoping he would post his burning man set. Doesn't matter because can’t sign up with AudiusMusic…

Please dont get excited when you see AudiusMusic & think, like i did, that theres finally a good free music app. & granted i saw the part where it said “also new artists” but took that to mean in addition to their other material but i found out real quick that there is no other material & what very little bit that is on there is a load of crap that nobdys ever heard tell of in their life. & i’d be willing to bet that all those so called “awesome” reviews that are on there are all fake as theres barely 10 profiles on it total & i def know why.

I love the promise of rewarding creators with decentralized currency in $AUDIO, and compensating artists fairly for their work. This concept has a lot of potential.

However, the iOS app and the web app are both very slow and buggy. I completed numerous “challenges” to receive $AUDIO and it said I had received some but my connected wallet shows nothing. Then when I log in later in the day it resets to zero - so I am confused. Did I even receive it?

AudiusMusic is also slow at points and struggles to load playlists and tracks. From a design perspective, it is nice but not very refined or slick. The buttons are too big and I don’t like emojis incorporated into everything.

AudiusMusic has huge potential - but needs to solve for some glitches first and needs better reach and content to really take on SoundCloud and other apps.

Love the concept of this blockchain integrated music app. It’s definitely the future. Unfortunately some of the songs on here won’t finish. The song will stop somewhere in the middle and not finish. Are the playlist not designed to play song after song? When a song ends in the playlist it doesn’t automatically play the next song. You are forced to select the next song. Hopefully upgrades are coming??

I started off on the mobile Safari browser and then the desktop app, but wow... this downloadable app is it! Audius is incredible! From it’s easy-to-use interface to aesthetic look, AudiusMusic is like SoundCloud x10! I promise that AudiusMusic is worth your time. Just wait till hits it big!

Audius also does a great job of featuring up-and-coming artists! It’s so simple to find what you’re looking for, too, through Audius’ song filter. Can I just say that I’ve found a lot of new music and great new artists through Audius?? 👍🏼

audius is the real deal. the high quality, democratized, user-friendly, gorgeous looking streaming app the world has been waiting for. please support this fledgling company and their team’s amazing ideas. I cannot wait to see what they do with blockchain implementation.

Super excited that audius now has an app. Love the original content and the audio quality is bar none. A few small kinks with AudiusMusic here and there but overall a very solid and beautiful app 👌.

AudiusMusic seems to work just fine. I am reading reviews of how AudiusMusic does not work for you, but cannot duplicate (freeze up, etc). Maybe your phone is too old, or too new? Maybe all your memory is used up with selfies? Maybe your wifi connection is poor. Maybe you are on T-mobile? Audius works great for me - and on my iPad too! Maybe add to your complaints exactly what hardware/software configuration you have and that will help the tech team to fix any issues. Thanks!

Centralized platforms like SoundCloud are dying and this is what will replace them. Artists and community come first in a well designed and beautiful app. No other platform pays the artists as well either.

Keep it up and I’ll keep recommending this platform to people.

Audius is by far the best streaming platform for both artists and listeners. Artists get to put out their unfiltered, unique work without having to pay any fees, and listeners can listen to said music. Great platform, flawless app, stellar team, and amazing content! Keep up the great work.

AudiusMusic is perfect for upcoming artists and I love listening to all of the new songs. My favorite feature is how I can favorite any song and they automatically go into a new tab so I can access them quickly. I would highly recommend AudiusMusic!

I just discovered AudiusMusic and its so amazing! The only thing I would add the the UI is to add the music player at he bottom so you can always get back to the song/artist from whatever page you’re on.

Having been a user since Audius’ closed beta, it’s become increasingly clear to me that Audius puts the input of their users above everything else. So excited to finally be on AudiusMusic and have huge hopes and dreams for them to take over! Everything works smoooooth

I’ve been frustrated with the leading players in DIY streaming for years. Audius borrows familiar elements from legacy streaming services and then mixes in fresh ideas. Their token model is one of the most applicable uses of blockchain tech I’ve seen. I’m extremely excited to see how Audius grows.

This is about as good as a music app gets at launch. The only thing needed now are more artists and more listeners. It already has all my favorite edm artists though! It not only empowers artists to create but it gives listeners the opportunity to help their favorite artists and encourage new music as well. Fantastic all the way round. Cheers!

First and foremost I want to say how much I appreciate the platform! If it’s one request I would have for a future update.... please let us upload tracks directly to the Audius mobile app, I don’t post as many tracks only because I have to go on my computer and upload vs. my phone. Other than that, great work team! Look forward to what you have in store next!

So happy Audius is finally in AudiusMusic store. Have been using the desktop app and browser version at home since they launched a few months ago but I listen to most of my music in the car. The mobile app is super intuitive and all of the recommendations have been on point so far, I also love how excited some of my favorite artists are getting about the platform. I’m visibly jamming tunes and singing in traffic as I type. Safe to say I’ll be streaming from Audius a lot this year. Great music, great product, great ethos.

This music streaming service is so great and it’s all because of the community. If you haven’t already, join their discord server, they have weekly listening parties where we submit tracks and jam out for a couple hours. One of the greatest places to share and discover new music.

Finally a way to listen to music with perfect quality without having to pay for a subscription. Love the diverse selections of tunes as well. I’ve found so many cool new artists and some of my already favorite ones

Lacrosse season is just getting started and you already know I have to listen to those fire beats while I be warming up and AudiusMusic helps me do just that. With this apps music I’ve been able to up my skill level by at least 69%

Been using SoundCloud and other audio apps for years. I just played a song through Audius for the first time and WOW I didn't realize how much better the sound quality could be! Very impressive.

I’ve been using Audius for a couple of months and I’ve been fairly pleased at how lovely everything works.

I love the Cyphers and other challenges that are presented in the Discord group! Really keeps the mind fresh and always trying new things!

This company has been amazing from the getgo whether it be with connecting with fans, artist contests, feedback, support suggestions, ect. I can't wait to see the community grow and all the amazing things that come with it.
