Since I suscribe to this app, I cannot locate any family member as shown to me before I download the app and now, they have authomathecally renew it and still nothing is working .please help.

I let someone borrow my phone and they ordered this app without my permission I want my money refunded

Dear Sir, I accidentally subscribed to Famio by mistake, thinking I was paying something else and left my bank data.I immediately tried to unsy'ubscribe (didn't know how), sent several mails to your colleages to unsubscribe but was charged 2300 RSD from my account.Please totally remove the subscription and since I haven't used the app at all ,refund the amount of 2400 RSD for subscrition to my account.I informed Google and my bank.Cancel subscription, provide a refund and please don't charge any more. Thank you for understanding.
