TijuanaFlats is designed where its ok if you run a happy path. First issue is if you setup a taco, once you set your toppings it feels odd th way it saves. Then if you want to change the toppings after going back, you hit the starred item which is btw a dumb way of showing current selection and it... Show more literally clears out your choices. It doesn’t ask if you want both tacos the same, makes you go through and tailor each one leading to possible fat finger errors. After setting up a taco, should show a better summary of what you chose.

Overall, took me way to long to place an order for four people and then in the end I screwed up with the wrong protein due to confusion. I write software for a living so I expect this will be even more confusing to non tech. Overall TijuanaFlats feels like it was developed ten years ago.

Oh, and it doesn’t even support Apple Pay.

I used to enjoy going to Tijuana Flats a lot, but I’ve way too many issues with TijuanaFlats to the point I’d rather go somewhere else. Today I wanted to order my saved Tijuana Burrito and got a message that item was no longer available. Strange, because when I went to the menu, there it was. Then when I set all my options again to add the item, something got messed up and it ordered the default options. Didn’t figure that out until I got home though. Tired of having to reset all my favorites I don’t have this issue with any other restaurant. Deleting TijuanaFlats.

I tried to order with my login which I used to always use, but due to the new systems I was forced to create a new login but I can’t because I have some old info matching the new info. I enjoy using TijuanaFlats and am happy about the hot sauce options now available as well as the happy hour menu on the weekend but I am unable to use any of the rewards I earn because they expire so quickly and are only available for dine in or pick up, not for delivery, and not with any other sp... Show more ecials even if you purchase something at retail along with something on special so I can’t use my rewards unless I visit the store a week after obtaining the reward and make sure not to purchase any specials therefore deeming all rewards useless at least for myself.

The options within the different menu items change frequently making TijuanaFlats fail when you try to reorder because the sauces or some other item are reorganized. The food tastes great when they make it the way we want, but I’m frequently frustrated with TijuanaFlats .

TijuanaFlats works ok if you don’t mind getting random notification every day about things you don’t care about in an attempt to harass you to go buy a burrito.

I’m personally a fan of using the webpage (from a computer) to place orders, but using TijuanaFlats doesn’t charge the arbitrary... Show more services fee.

If my options are paying $0.75 for the convenience of ordering from a computer, or have an app that spams me with notifications I don’t care about, I’ll just use Taco Bell’s drive through next time I want a burrito.

TijuanaFlats is easy to use. I don’t think it’s possible to get information on the menu items (descriptions and calories). Basic functions I would expect, such as ApplePay and tapping or copying the curbside number and order number to call/text, are absent. Typing in 10 digits for a phone number a... We stopped tonight per friends suggestion…entered door & felt like idiots as we spun in circles trying to figure out what-where—-to do. Once past that point it was wonderful…staff at counter were very friendly & helpful, while we ate a young lady came & asked us how we were doing, very nice. I did tell her that we had found our first few minutes totally confusing and everything else was super! Food very fresh, tacos & the soup was wonderful…all the different sauces to try…wow! Just would have been extra nice if staff had acknowledged us right off & offered info. We will be back!

TijuanaFlats works well for placing orders, but it could use a couple of changes. Fist of all, I pick a time when I start the order, please trust me. The “I’m on my way” thingy is needy and unnecessary. Also, why not just add an “I’m here” button *in* TijuanaFlats for curbside orders? (Five Guys... Show more does.) Lastly, a “no straw please” selection in addition to “no utensils” would be pretty swell.

I’ve had Flats at several different locations over the years but this one is by far the best! I’m a regular at this location because I’m everyone here is accommodating and friendly. General Manager Madison Lanius is very personable with all of her customers. The dining room always appear clean and free if debris. The food is a great quality for an affordable price. Great special on the weekends during their happy hour time. Though the food seems a bit less, still filling and you can’t beat the price for the quality. I’d like to recognize Gaby, she went beyond to make us feel at home.

I’ve been coming to Tijuana Flats for about 5 + Years and the friendly service and great food has me coming back for more. Now that the apps out it’s even better with benefits to already great experience. 10/10 I always recommend.

Love your food, never knew you had an app. So excited to earn rewards and it’s a very fluid and intuitive app. Easy to use and THANK YOU for making it so easy to customize instead of having to write lengthy notes on each item.

To start the cashier Soraya was completely AWESOME! She has a wonderful personality very informative. The other hand there wasn’t enough taco filling in the taco and it was cold when it came to the table but it was resolved. 1st time ordering curbside in the Tijuana Flats App and the order was FLAWLESS! The service was only comparable to the awesome food. We travel a lot and I just discovered the TFlats ap! I am not all that tech savvy but it was very easy for me to use the ap! I’m not big on aps really, but love the food at TIjuana Flats so decided to check out their new ap. This is great! Locations helped a lot as I travel plenty. Like that I can get rewards. The ap is easy to use too.

Never disappointed when I come to this place! Whether it’s Taco Tuesdaze, Throwback Thursdaze, or any other day of the week, food is always amazing! Their Queso blows away the competition, Moes and Chipotle have nothing on this place! 10/10 recommend!
