I have tried reaching out multiple times through email since there’s no other support system for WPS office and have never received any response. I have used this program for four years and would say I am almost completely happy with it outside of the fact that when I have started having issues I’ve had no help. I have deleted hundreds of files with no change in my cloud storage and now that I have finally reached my max with only 10 files in my cloud I have absolutely no room and I feel almost as if I am being forced to upgrade my account because there’s literally nowhere to go to delete these supposed files that are holding up all the cloud storage space. I’m very unhappy as there’s absolutely nothing I can do now because every file that I delete doesn’t even free up any room for myself.

I’m so lost. 1st time a pop up shows up saying I need to transfer my docs to new app due to no upgrade or support of old app as of 12/11. Ok past the deadline but no big deal. When I follow directions to go to my documents, only a handful of my docs are listed, all with very old update dates. I’ve been using this app for years and I’m in it almost every day. Why are my documents so outdated and missing everything I use regularly? I save documents the same way I have been for years. I’m afraid to do anything and lose years of history I don’t have anywhere else. If I email them to myself and upload to new app, all formulas are gone and I am not about to enter those again in my excel docs. This is too risky and inconvenient for long time users.

After being ill throughout the holidays I was finally ready to sit back down and write using WPS Office.
I have my phone set to offload unused apps, so of course, since I hadn't used WPS Office since the beginning of December it was offloaded.
Now, I do to use WPS Office and discover that it will not download as I get the message, ”Unable to Download WPS Office. This app is unavailable in the app store.”
So, I download the new app thinking maybe, just maybe there's an explanation. Except there is NOT.
Months and MONTHS of work is gone into thin air with absolutely ZERO way to recover it. ALL of it is just gone!
Even messaging the help center within the app and emailing them is of ZERO help. My message in the help center conveniently disappeared and my emails have gone unanswered.
I suppose the next step is reporting WPS to the app store which is unfortunate as their original interface was fine just the way it was. This update was simply a scam to get users to pay for WPS Membership and services and unfortunately, I can see it backfiring. 😒
