Hi..for the last 24 hrs when trying to open spreadsheets I am getting "network error" and the sheets are not uploading to the WPS cloud or syncing with other devices. Is this a problem on your side and if so when will it be resolved. Thanks, Ron Thomas

I am unable to open any file with WPS Office. I have to force quit the program every time it is taking too long to 'process' a file (without opening it). Only a couple of months ago I did not have any problems. Until May I am on the Premium but for a few weeks in a row I have been unable to use the program on my MacBook Pro, which is disappointing. If the problems are not fixed I might delete the app cpmpletely as I cannot use it.

Hi, nothing related to pdf is working. Everything else is fine, but the program doesn't open pdf files and I can't convert .docx to .pdf. Tha program say "WPS has encountered an error while trying to convert to pdf". Please help :)

Ik heb wps-office verwijderd van mijn mobiel. Als ik nu een bijlage van een e-mail wil openen, wordt het niet geopend en verschijnt er een afdrukvoorbeeld, waarbij het downloaden van het docx bestand niet verschijnt. Waar kan ik mijn mobiel instellen, zodat weer als vroeger een docx dovument normaal wordt geopend?

WPS office Suite 2019 apps stopped working today, worked yesterday. WPS Apps don't launch when selected. If I open individual .xlsx files WPS spreadsheet app opens for that file. .DOCX files will not open WPS Word. I confirmed that my lifetime license is activated. What can I do to enable WPS to function?

WPS Office is not reading my files created in WPS. Files open as unreadable or not open at all. This has been happening since May 8, 2022 On both computers at home (HP and Lenovo) and smartboard at work.
