Not working correctly

I’ve tried numerous times to get this to add my portrait or a copy of my license and it won’t do it! And apparently once you leave the app it doesn’t retain any info! Not real handy!

This App Does Not Work

I work at a small bar outside of Manhattan and I’ve been there for years now, it’s protocol at my establishment to ID ANYONE who comes in for a drink. We’d been using other mobile app scanners for awhile and when my boss got word that this app came out made by IDEMIA he suggested the staff use this app as this group does manufacture drivers licenses. This was in hopes to keep all the underage kids out of our establishment. I downloaded the app as told and when I went to scan a 40 something year old mans ID yesterday, it would not work. This man was very clearly the age his license said he was and yet the app still did not scan his ID. Safe to say after this incident recurred with some of our other staff our supervisor made the call to drop the app and go back to our old ways. If you are working at any bar or club, I don’t recommend this app. Some of the cheapy looking apps on here keep out underage kids much better and actually work on those IDs which ARE REAL. IDEMIA... you can do better.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!

I thought I’d try this out at my bar which is located in a college town. It’s sometimes hard to spot these newer fakes and I thought I’d try this. After using it for a month with no hiccups I decided to test this on my daughters driving permit to see what it would do and it said she was 21!!! Seriously this app is a joke
