I remember seeing something when I downloaded and started using this about being able to see information about energy usage and time of day and things like that. Like the smart meter statistics so I could track how much energy I use when I’m not home and where most of my energy is being consumed, but it doesn’t seem to be a part of CentralMainePower . Otherwise it works fine for paying your bill. That’s about the only useful feature.

I find CentralMainePower very easy to use. I also want to take this opportunity to say good job overall. We don’t loose power as often as we used to but when we do you get right on it and get it back fast Thank you all

CentralMainePower is great. It lets me pay my CMP bill every time I remember I owe them money. Adding and labeling accounts/payment methods is easy, and it gives you a screenshot to shows when and what you paid. Couldn’t ask for more.

I really like the new CMP app. It's much easier than getting on the website use to be. I like that you can access every aspect of your bill from CentralMainePower along with your monthly usage amount.

I texted “app” to the alerts number, got the download link and downloaded CentralMainePower in less than 30 seconds. Enabled my fingerprint login in a few more seconds. So so easy!!!! Fastest way to get outage info and view my bill! Thank you CMP!

I enjoy CentralMainePower a whole lot better than calling the customer service to figure things out. Each time I’d call I’d be on hold for 30+ minutes and get transferred at least 3 times

I have CentralMainePower on my cell phone and my iPad it makes paying my bill very convenient and if for some reason I am out and about I can pay it right from my cell phone

CentralMainePower is very easy to use instead of having to call them and staying in the line for too long, you can do it at your own convenience.

Very easy to use, very straight forward, no issues at all, highly prefer over the website which in my opinion stinks.

Easy to use! Get to see bill quicker then would if getting through mail and don’t have to waste paper.

CentralMainePower seems no more convenient than using the website for paying bills. As for reporting outages...if there is an outage, WiFi doesn't work, so reporting it is impossible by this method. Not worth the storage space it uses on my devices. Will delete.

Having just returned to Maine from an 18 year absence, I was happy to see that CMP has an app. I find it very easy to use, and helpful to both pay bills and report / monitor outages. Thank you CMP!

I got CentralMainePower hoping to make paying my bill easier. Once I clicked the option to pay by credit credit card it said I had to leave CentralMainePower and it opened the web browser to same page where I always have paid the bill. I still had to enter all the information as I did before. CentralMainePower did not help me in the way I hoped.

I love it I don’t have to make a phone call to check on my power anymore and I can see my bill and it’s easy to understand.

CentralMainePower helps you to pay your bills on time and it easy to use, it also has auto pay. It really helped me a lot !!

I just downloaded the CMP app today! It’s super easy to use, and way more user-friendly than their website is on a smart phone. Nicely done!

Convenient and makes choices about notifications and options accessible.

Easy to use app. Outage information is presented clearly with just a few clicks to get to my town.

The download of CentralMainePower and logging in went smoothly, but I am disappointed because I can’t see daily, weekly, and monthly usage. I don’t need an app to pay bills, but will keep it for reporting outages...

CentralMainePower works on my iPhone but not on my iPad.

Took forever to log in. Need too type all your information In again just to find out you can only make a payment by check no debit cards. Had to fight with it online. Congratulations on a useless app.

Fix your app before releasing, it doesn’t even log in. The website still works at least, but not CentralMainePower .

Another piece of awful software from CMP. Clunky, awkward. This application carried forward all of the poor qualities of the previous iterations. Mr Flannigan needs to clean house and hire an entirely new software contractor. Avangrid also needs to divest.

App is infested with bugs. Home screen won’t accept my login. Session expired error. CMP only cares about your money. They don’t have any sympathy or empathy towards their customers.

This is so easy and seamless-thank you for thinking of us CMP!
