After being talked into going paperless, with this "App", while moving twice now during the pandemic, I have been completely locked out! I have been a UI customer for over 30 years, never missed a payment. By the time something connected in cyberspace, my bill was $2700 for 6 months. Spent another 4 months, on a payment arrangement to be locked out again and moving. Errors of multiple accounts, different user names, this email address is already registered, passwords across my IOS devices have NOT changed. Bounces right back to "try again later" or as in right now a 24hr account lock out , miss another payment date or pay with a fee.
When calling to explain this to the UI, all I get is UnitedIlluminating has nothing to do with us, sorry and they speak to me as if calling to NOT pay a bill. It has made an already stressful time more stressful, spending way to much time installing reinstalling, on hold , emailing the developers, resetting passwords.
I lived through a pandemic with zero help from CT. I can live in the dark. Scammers with billions in federal funding, never again.
