I wanted to see what Luvly excercises were ... Unbeknown to me at that same time I was starting with Covid. I am 72yrs and have been very poorly and you will be able to see I have not looked / used it at all. On 9th January you took a payment of £31-58 Debit Card Transaction Ending 0110 I did not expect to pay this and I don't understand what it is for and Why/How you have done this... Please will you repay the £31-58 to my Bank Account and take no more money from my account. Kindest Regards, Christine Thomas x.

Volume not working for any videos..
The volume on all the videos has stopped working.
I was JUST charged $39.99 on July 5th, but am unable to login. Also, I thought the full app price was only $29.99....?
