Luvly: Face Yoga Exercises Reviews

I’m glad to have an app reminding me and it’s easy to follow the exercises. Most of them you have to look away from the phone, but for me that’s ok because the music plays and the narrator will come back on when you should be almost finished. Some exercises make more sense when you listen to exactly what the narrator is telling you instead of watching the model, anyway. It’s also pretty intuitive to toggle between exercises once you’ve started a lesson, and as far as I can tell Luvly functions well.

Also happy to report that the sessions are definitely a face workout! I was a little skeptical but I definitely feel the difference in the muscles that are being exercised. Now if I can just keep this daily habit going (this is day 2)… I might have some nice “after” pics to show off! Some of the exercises can be done while walking, so I can even start adding these in to my regular routine.

This was only my first time using Luvly but I could definitely feel muscles in my neck and face that I wasn’t used to feeling. I look forward to continuing use and am hopeful for results.
I do wish that during the exercise it told you what to do while you were doing it. I’m sure I’ll get used to the routine and won’t need to look at the screen to make sure I’m keeping pace or proper form but as a newbie, I found myself raising my phone to keep it in eyesight.
Overall- it seems like a great app and again I am hopeful and look forward to doing another review once I’ve had more experience using it!

I was saving to get Botox for an event I have coming up, but I thought why not try Luvly while stacking my Botox chips. In just the matter of a few days, I started seeing effects that made me question if I even needed Botox to begin with! My forehead is smoother and my major areas (jaw line, cheek bones, and chin) have improved. In just three days of adding this to my morning routine!! I haven’t even reached the point where I should be seeing serious results so I am majorly impressed with how this works! And so easy and relaxing to implement with your existing routine.

And I didn’t realize until I got Luvly and started incorporating face yoga 4 days a week. I figure while my son is on his afternoon zoom call that I need to do something for myself and so bought Luvly. I don’t see a physical change but had it less than a month. What I have noticed is my jaw. My jaw was clenched all the time and it’s released and relaxed. I skipped a few days of face yoga and it slid right back to where it was. Muscle memory is real! And it really hurt. I still have to remember to relax my face but it’s helped with that. I don’t look as scary because I’m not scowling as much.

I have been using Luvly for 19 days and I am pretty much like it. However, there is a few things that needs to improve. For example, the smart facial analyzer. It only gives you the analysis when you start it but not after week. I feel that it has to improve so we can take a picture every week and get an analysis of how or skin has being improving. Also the Facelift Massage, is not available yet. I bough a year membership because I really like the exercises but definitely Luvly needs some improvements.

1. When we pay for an app we expect to NEVER see any ad popping out on the screen whenever we open it, unfortunately it’s not the case with this one plus there’s no convenient option to remove it when it shows and I accidentally open it every single time!
2. The amount of exercises is low, it keeps showing the same 4-5 steps (in a different order all the time) even if I chose many areas.
3. I never, not even once got 100% success because there’s got to be a one that it’s impossible for the sensors to get. Usually in my case when it gets to the tongue, that I’M REALLY SORRY but mine can’t touch the nose. I can’t even remove this one that I’ll have to stuck with until the end of month. Ridiculous.

The design, music, and videos are great. I love the exercises but am just starting so I’m not sure about results yet. But so far so good, fun and easy to do! TIP: Luvly is stupid expensive, I was going to cancel but noticed in my iPhone settings there is an option for $29/year. Select that one and you’ll save a ton of money!!! (Settings>Click your name> Subscriptions>Facetory> select the $29 option) I wouldn’t have kept it if it was $10/week they give you at sign up.

I just started this training about5 mins ago , When they were showing each exercises 1-8 They did it so fast I wasn’t even sure I was doing it correctly. . I’m hoping that there will be a detailed walk through for ey went through ,I do know they’re each exercises somewhere in my personal program …. Because they went through so fast I can’t even recall all 8 exercises, but I do know there are 8 of them … lol
I will write another review later after I’ve done a few more days & understand more on how to this works . Wish me luck

I have been using Luvly for a while and to be honest I love it! However, since I have paid for the new subscription (which is more expensive than the last one because I want to try more stuff), I couldn’t watch any video in Luvly . My internet is completely fine ( I can still play online game on my phone and use other social media apps). The video keep loading but nothing ever comes up. I was so frustrated that I have tried to delete Luvly and download it again but still it doesn’t work. I feel like I just wasted my money!!! I don’t mind to pay for another app. It’s just I actually like Luvly but it seems like I can’t use it anymore :(

There are only 5 exercises and they are mostly the same every day; lift your head up and then down, to the right and then to the left (2 out of 5). Other apps have 7-10+ exercises with a lot of variation. Luvly also captures your image in a grid, so it provides feedback as to how well you’re doing. That’s an interesting feature but the facial recognition depends also on the lighting and camera angle and sometimes does not work well...so that Luvly stops as it assumes you’re not doing the exercise properly, and it skips the exercise. Will not subscribe again.

I started this several months ago and my picture was made and I described my problem areas. I do have some forehead wrinkles but they are not bad for my age. My eye area is good and that is what they started focusing on when I began to use Luvly again. My biggest concern are the parentheses around my mouth and keeping my neck and skin tone tight. How can I change the focus of my daily face yoga time?

I’m just beginning… I just downloaded Luvly about 15 minutes ago but went through the exercises and could feel areas of my face that were really tight. I actually feel like my face had a bit of a work out but at the same time it feels good. The music was pleasant, the instructions were clear, and the exercises are not difficult.

There are some poses that Luvly can not accurately track so you have to count on your own and then skip the exercise. Whenever you skip it does dock points from your daily exercise, so don’t put to much faith in your score each day.

We tried these poses with 4 different people in different lighting and we all had the same issue with Luvly . - the poses are; Tongue out to your nose and also the 45 degrees angle hold- the timer stops even if you don’t move the pose.

There are work out apps out there where I don’t have to hold my phone the entire time. I wasn’t aware that this was the case for Luvly before I purchased it. I’m not crazy about this. Is there a way you’re business could get rid of this feature?

As an update you didn’t even answer my question in your reply and spoke to me like I’m an idiot. Did you mean to speak to someone else like that? Wow.

I’ve tried daily work for 3 days but when I tried to watch other videos on area specific videos, only the first one video opens (like 30 seconds) and the subsequent ones don’t load. I get an error message telling to check internet connection, but I know what’s not true. I re-downloaded Luvly but there’s no difference. I went to Facetory website and it doesn’t recognize me as user, so I wonder if I can get a refund?? I don’t see anywhere I’m Luvly tech or customer service contact.

I have been wanting to do facial yoga!! I LOVE the fact that this literally follows your own face and let you know you’ve done the exercise successfully! It makes sure that you’re doing it correctly so you get the best possible results!! I’m super excited to see the outcome and the fact that they measure your own face to see what you need specifically.

Luvly is great except there are no ways to update certain features such as the daily reminder for example. It needs a “settings” tab or something. I accidentally set it for AM instead of PM and now I can’t change it. Also the recordings that you follow are too fast and are not specific. Explain the instructions better of where to put your fingers, how much pressure to use, and the general details/purpose of the exercise.

I really hope to see results. I’ve just started today and I enjoyed the exercises - the length, the targets, the tempo. I feel some good lasting stretch in my face after the workout. The exercises are easy to do and remember so this will be valuable for years to come if I see the benefits I’m looking for!

Really love the 10 min daily routine - easy to commit to. Price initially seemed high, but when you compare it to a product that may or may not work, it’s fair. I can feel the exercises after I do them, which I like. No visible results yet, but starting the day with an intentional practice has been great.

What if you can’t pay , Can you get like seven day free trial . I have a credit card but I am 14 so my mom has my credit card . But I want to do face yoga to make my face get better . But I like it so far it has a diary can you add something that will analyze your face and tell you the problem so I can know and make improvements.

The person that shows you the exercises does it really slow that I could take a sip of water. Sorry no hate

Luvly is very soothing and calms me down very much!
