Cannot log in to Apowersoft background eraser on MacBook Pro OS Catalina
When I click on 'start recording' a get a message to download the launcher. I've already downloaded the launcher. When I try to open the launcher it says "An error occurred while trying to replace deleted file. DeleteFile fail: Code 5. Access is denied." I have clicked "retry" and "ignore," but it will not open.
