when i upload my photo to Pic wish my photo is not uploaded or Pic wish always show me [Failed to handle: FILE_UPLAOD_FAIL] this massage

My Picwish was working just fine UNTIL I purchased a yearly subscription! NOW I cannot get the app to even open. I've reinstalled, I've run in compatible mode, I've made sure it's not being blocked by a popup blocker .... THIS IS THE WORST purchase I've ever made and regret it! I will not be recommending your site!

- Photos are saved in <500 pixels, which gives an error message on eBay

- Have to upgrade to premium account to save photos in normal size
