Summary of PicWish Problems 🔥

- Logo is added to every photo after the first month's subscription

- Photos are saved in <500 pixels, which gives an error message on eBay

- Have to upgrade to premium account to save photos in normal size

- App doesn't work, doesn't move one background

My Picwish was working just fine UNTIL I purchased a yearly subscription! NOW I cannot get the app to even open. I've reinstalled, I've run in compatible mode, I've made sure it's not being blocked by a popup blocker .... THIS IS THE WORST purchase I've ever made and regret it! I will not be recommending your site!

How to fix PicWish app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PicWish app on iPhone
Update PicWish app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PicWish iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PicWish on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PicWish network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PicWish Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PicWish not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PicWish App
1. On android, goto Settings » PicWish » click [Force Stop]

Update PicWish to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PicWish App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PicWish » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PicWish.

Fix PicWish unable to contact server/ PicWish internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PicWish » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PicWish » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PicWish
