I bought the discounted hat you can buy when you sign up. Never received it. USPS tracker says it has not shipped. No updates or response from Maven. Wondering if this is a ploy to get people to send money or grab our data. Be careful!!
Was seeing ads all over the place for Maven business and how it will BOOST sales like crazy so I decided to give it a try. Not only was that a lie but ever since signing up the company my business email account has been blowing UP with spamming emails; not just from you Mr Darren Pearlman. Sure itβs free but thatβs probably because they sell your information off to third parties. I issued to have my account deleted and they needed my email, name, phone number and Iβm pretty certain they even asked for my first born son. Save yourself the headache and pass this one up.
I was scammed out of $87 while using MavenMessenger. This is a fair warning. Facebook and Instagram ads that reference MavenMessenger are a SCAM!

i accidentally ordered the wrong color of hat. i immediatley message their customer service to help me. they said they cant help me they cant do anything about it. so im stuck with a wrong colored item that i didnt like. customer service is so bad. just buy in Amazon.
The Maven team sends out messages informing of milestones or announcements, but apparently does not realize that these announcements are re-sent to the user multiple times, seemingly forever. I do not check MavenMessenger often as my stores do not create updates daily, meaning that notifications are what cause me to return. Itβs unacceptable to have 10 identical messages continually sent to my phone daily.
Iβve reported this issue plenty of times but itβs decided to delete MavenMessenger as itβs never been addressed.
App otherwise works well enough.
I didnβt think Iβd like, nor ever use, MavenMessenger, but I got an offer for downloading that I couldnβt pass up. Iβm glad I did, getting a simple message from the brand that my item has shipped instead of emails that clog up my inbox is amazing. Not only that but I can window shop as I please on the same platform. 10/10, would recommend.
