How to fix Reno app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reno app on iPhone
Update Reno app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reno iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reno on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reno network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reno Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reno not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reno App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reno » click [Force Stop]

Update Reno to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reno App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reno » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reno.

Fix Reno unable to contact server/ Reno internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reno » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reno » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Reno
