I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue. But I only had the app installed for 3 days before uninstalling. Every I added more than 5 items to the cart, the app would delete them. It’s one thing if items are out of stock. But it deleted everything. Every brush. Every cleanser. Every eyeliner that I added was deleted. Repeatedly and almost immediately. I’d leave the cart with 9 items to shop in another section. I looked down at the little shopping bag icon and the number changed from 9 to 6 to 5. I couldn’t remember everything that I had chosen.
I tried again the next day. Same thing happened with completely different items this time. Again, I couldn’t remember the exact items I needed because most of them were new items I’d never purchased before. So I filled the cart. Clicked on the cart and only had 2 items in there instead of 11.
The website was doing weird stuff too. On the 3rd day, I uninstalled and went to Ulta instead. And you lost business, Elf. Because some of the items I was trying to purchase from you are not sold at Ulta. So I chose other brands.

I ordered something from their website a few days ago, so I figured I would get the app to look at more items and possibly track my order. There are so many problems with this app. It’s so glitchy. My biggest problem is every 5-30 seconds it goes out of the app and switches to Pinterest for some reason and signs me out of my account every time I go back into the app. I can hardly operate the app enough to sign in because I keep being directed to Pinterest and half of the time it doesn’t even register that you’re pressing the buttons?! Also, my order didn’t switch over to my account- it says I have no order history when I’d just ordered from them the previous night. If it’s the same account shouldn’t it have the same data?? I’ve deleted it and am starting to regret creating an account or ordering from them at all. Because of their unreliable and barely-functioning website I’m wondering if their delivery is unreliable too. This is doing terrible things for your business Elf.

Talk about SLOOOOOWWW. Remember dial-up internet? That was faster than this app. I’m sure it’s something that can be corrected eventually, but in the meantime I absolutely cannot use this app. Pages take an eternity to load, you tap on something and the lag is incredibly annoying. I absolutely love the layout of this app, and once it’s working properly I’ll change my review.

After an update in August.... I see no changes. In fact, I think it might be worse. I haven’t opened this app since I left my review, but saw there was an update so I got my hopes up. I can’t even log in. It just totally freezes up. Sorry ELF, I don’t have 5 hours to spend logging into your app. I love your products and I’d buy a lot more if your app actually worked. This is just pathetic.
