When sending the link to invite a household member. It ask all the questions but after getting to the types of cuisines it just goes to a loading page and stays there. It’s not doing on to anything else nor connecting the member.

How to fix Intent app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Intent app on iPhone
Update Intent app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Intent iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Intent on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Intent network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Intent Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Intent not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Intent App
1. On android, goto Settings » Intent » click [Force Stop]

Update Intent to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Intent App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Intent » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Intent.

Fix Intent unable to contact server/ Intent internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Intent » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Intent » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Intent
