How to fix Glow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Glow app on iPhone
Update Glow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Glow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Glow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Glow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Glow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Glow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Glow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Glow » click [Force Stop]

Update Glow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Glow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Glow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Glow.

Fix Glow unable to contact server/ Glow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Glow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Glow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Glow
