I have been trying to log in to my account and i keep receiving the same message you have 2 accounts and cannot create another .Please advise.

After buying gems through the mobile app. My bank card on file began to have fraudulent withdrawals, forcing me to cancel and order a new bank card. Now I don’t wanna by anything on the app.
