I’ve never had so many issues with one app before. Every day it signs me out randomly throughout the day, constantly crashes, never saves anything I’m working on, will stop working while in a work order, I have had to uninstall and reinstall countless times in a day as well as through out the week, there are so many bug issues, no matter how many “updates” they have done it’s just as bad as if it had never had an “update”
It makes my work a complete nightmare, my coworkers also have these same issues, it needs to be fixed this has been going on for a year now

Constantly crashes
Always have to log out and back in
Doesn’t save notes
Everytime it’s “updated” there are new problems

App is trash, and I have to use it for work which is very unfortunate. Constantly crashes and full of glitches, on both iPad and iPhone.

Constantly crashes - does not save any user data - CONSTANTLY have to authenticate. MaintenanceIQ makes my job worse. I miss paper.

Worked better before the update now nothing works always crashes would give it 0 but doesn’t let me

Users report frequent crashes while performing work orders. Data lost include notes, pictures, timestamps, and observations. This is incredibly cumbersome, as the work the technicians are doing requires being in the resident units, so they are having to go back into units to redo work orders and inspections for proper documentation. The only solution we found is to delete MaintenanceIQ and then reinstall, but that’s a very temporary solution.

I wish Yardi would fix MaintenanceIQ . The idea behind MaintenanceIQ is great, the execution is not.

Crashes, signs out all the time. When closing a work order signs out and won’t let me save my notes, easier and faster to use my desktop than this mobile app.

App constantly crashes all day long. Doesn’t update with new work orders regularly until hours after they’ve been submitted, ask of I’d like to set up FaceID every time I open MaintenanceIQ , and now refuses to except my password that I’ve used since day one. Garbage App

I would give it zero stars if that were an option. It was not ready for release but they rushed it out and now there are errors and updates every time you turn around. For the amount this costs agencies it is an absolute terrible product.

Have to use them app for work, constantly has issues. Always crashes, always issues signing in to even access MaintenanceIQ . Everything loads super slow and often doesn’t even save your data.
The day I never have to use MaintenanceIQ again will be glorious.

There is one five star review listed here yet according to the graph it looks like almost a third of the reviews are five stars. I like most of the reviews give it a one star MaintenanceIQ is constantly crashing asking for new password all the time not saving any work losing pictures losing time. It is terrible.

I’ve had MaintenanceIQ for over a year because my company demands it. MaintenanceIQ crashes multiple times a day. It freezes multiple times a day! It throws you out of MaintenanceIQ multiple times a day. I have to uninstall and reinstall all of the time. My coworkers have these problems also. Updates do not help! How is an app that never works and that causes so much issues required to do a job? Just ridiculous!!

I would love to be able to complete out a work order without having to write in a brief description if a resident doesn’t write one

Huge improvement from old Yardi apps for maintenance and inspections, able to add video attachments. No crashes so far.
