I have a subscription and the page won’t even load where you can see when it’s supposed to hit or how much it is. The only way i have been able to figure it out is by messaging them.
I also should have discounts too but after the first order it disappears and then charges me regular price through the subscription which i can’t even see before it places the order. I love their products but i’m about to just cancel everything because of how horrible their service is

I have been having the toughest time managing my subscriptions. Their desktop browser doesn’t even have an option to manage your subscription so I downloaded MaryRuths . Relieved that there was a subscriptions tab, but it doesn’t load. At this point they are just charging me and I can’t do anything about but delay my shipment until they allow me to manage my subscription myself. It didn’t used to be this hard.

I’ve downloaded MaryRuths several times, restarted phone, it only goes to a screen picture with nothing to click on, no product to show. Some sort of glitch, I want to use MaryRuths but it’s not working!

I received an email of a 30% off promotion off my first order if I downloaded MaryRuths . I never received the 30% promo code. Deleted MaryRuths right away for false advertising.

Tried to order and go an error that it is not set up for Apple Pay, so why the option? Added address to checkout another way and MaryRuths won’t priced forward to payment.

100% happy w all products ordered, appreciate company transparency, sourcing, methodology, product information/education; but tired of lengthy payment information process; certainly wouldn’t be terrible to streamline transactions by enabling ApplePay in MaryRuths
