1- fix damage list in menu (unclassified items. If you have fenders in list it should be for all sides in one subgroup. I have been checking fender right in front, for 3 minutes. Full inspection took 45 minutes)
2- pics after inspection changes size
3- app doesn’t work without internet connection (sometimes drivers haven’t connection) it could be more effective using offline inspection and upload it later while internet got back.
4- works so slowly on “finish work with signature”, takes over 3-5 minutes to complete work.
Try to compare VINlocityCarrier with “super dispatch” and you will understand.
Doesn’t accept signatures- company constantly complains of not receiving the BOL which causes delays in our pay.

For a company this large, they sure did not invest into their app. Super slow, bad connection, photos take forever to upload wasting precious time for our drivers. It’s so bad, we try not to take metroloads/Acertus if possible. Brokers want transporters to use their terrible apps for pennies. At least pay a decent rate if you want drivers to use your apps. Ridiculous.
Brokers that require use of VINlocityCarrier need to join modern times. Printing paper and faxing works better than this.

Very poor performance. My driver could not hold nerves and left unsigned order after multiple attempts to sign it.
In such a big company the worst app on the market. If you guys can’t do something similar to Superdispatch don’t even try to invent something. 🤮
what's the download? I'm sitting at home. is someone using my account? without my consent? you receive an SMS with a job number.
I can’t even imagine for whop VINlocityCarrier was made. If you compare with Superdispatch, difference like from the Earth to the Moon. Need good internet connection, what sometimes impossible in some places. Inspection horrible.

I use my android as my work phone so i cant speak for iphone users because i use mine as a personal but VINlocityCarrier is good in my opinion. Gets the job done and simple to use
