All my drivers have issues with NavisphereCarrier when tracking a load. Most of the time nothing never works, can’t log in after it kicks you out for no reason. Why can’t you use something easy like MacroPoint? I get demoted to base carrier because of not enough tracking updates, but it’s your app that doesn’t work. One of the worst trucking apps.
I am not sure what they are trying to achieve here. A broker with over 100 billion in annual gross can not offer user friendly app. Please, dont tell us that is how the business is conducted. There is close to no human interaction offered yet they ask us to call or submit an offer for their load listings. If you ask the right questions your call will suddenly get disconnected and you must repeat from scratch..
CHR, your app is so lame. There’s no option to sort loads or set alerts for new loads and now with the new update, you require us to give you access to location, just to look at loads? I shouldn’t have to give you location access if I’m not on a load, and just to look at loads. Also, about time yall merge the driver and carrier apps into one but most importantly, put a sort button so we’re able to sort the loads by date or mileage etc.
Initially it refused to load and would crash immediately, thankfully me iOS update solved that. But alas, even after that I’m just greeted by a login screen that brings up a “Error, please try again” message every time you try to login. Same issue when I try to login on an iPad, but I can login on my MacBook just fine on a browser. No help from customer service on the matter so here I am.
Used to be fun working with them. I have ran over 500 loads for them the last four years and was a key carrier. Now I can’t get any good freight because I refuse to run the trash prices they have. Also harder to talk to people. They want you to bid on their broken bidding system. Hope they change directions because they are looking more and more like TQL everyday and that is not a compliment.
So today i was looking to book my first load with CH.R i called the broker to get the rate on the load! The load was going from Wyoming to grandview, mo 933 mi and i was really shocked on the price $ 1300 dollar for 933 miles and the weight was over 40k i really don’t know how’s this broker became one of the biggest brokers and how carrier can take this kind of loads for this price they dont give a F about truckers anyway will never call them again for a load until market gets better
At the end of the day its the truckers fault to let these kind of brokers take advantage of them
NavisphereCarrier violates your privacy be requiring always-on location access just to look for loads. If you don’t allow it, you are nagged on every screen.
Another issue is after you click on a load to get details, when you go back to the list of loads, instead of returning to the same spot in the list, it takes you back to the top of the list.
My earlier review complained about app ignoring pickup date in filter. They fixed that issue and got back to me about it.
The Freight world has changed.. I remember a time when the brokers would reach out to you and offer you good rates on loads,and if you was consistent and reliable they would always call and work with you,what mattered to them was the freight getting moved-and that your moving it for them. The industry has gotten so corrupt that no one follow the rules anymore. I had a incident with a disbatcher service going in changing my info in secure application.. adding themself as drivers and there name as disbatcher on my account. It was corrected, but I’m curious to know how that happen without my permission or being notified. I stop using disbatcher services for that reason.
I’ve used c.h robinson for years and the two reps I has was awesome, unfortunately, they are no longer with the company. Need more $$$$on the table. That bring loyalty and a good work ethic.
App is fine mostly but it could use some improvements.
1) I think and I’m sure many drivers will agree that app needs some kind of MAP to show us where we pick and deliver loads.
2) Also loads going out of the place we delivered would be nice.
3) Please get rid of self refresh, pull down on the screen was working just fine.
You guys have frieght and that’s cool, but NOBODY answers the phone. That’s business hours that’s weekends or middle of the night. I have pulled one load from CHR. But that’s because I got lucky and someone answered the phone....missed out on 3-4 loads from here because of the call center box we have to go through to then not answer the phone. Even if I use a direct extension, nobody answers. Feel likes Lionel Richie song Hello, want to be noticed but you won’t take my call. Hello?
App upload feature works fine. Notifications feature doesn’t work.
I’ve only been using NavisphereCarrier for a week and love it. I gave it 4 stars bc you can’t see the rate but who cares you can bid! I also love being able to dispatch a driver just by giving the load number. I would have given 5 stars but it’s my fault I just got on here. Thanks C.H. Best gift ever to a new trucking company!!!!!
The pick up dates start from feb 10 to feb 15 then Feb 9 regardless I set my pick up dates Feb 7 or 8 it’s all messed up please NavisphereCarrier was good until this start happening
Need to pay more and delivery times will have you sitting a extra day to deliver a load that’s 500 miles should be next day delivery but it’ll be the day two days after pickup and if it is next day delivery it will deliver after 4pm smh
APP needs to be adjusted to fit on the IPhone 14 pro max. When I open load details I can’t see the load # due to my front camera being in the way 😫
I’ve worked with many brokers within CH Robinson and they’ve all been fair, and straight forward. I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s such a shiddd show with theses brokers now days!! I just appreciate the good ones at this point
DocuSign is great as long as you upload your loads before 12 o’clock noon your money is in the bank the next day no complaints over here
This is an excellent load board for up start transportation companies to work from. Would love to see more straight truck lanes .
This is my favorite company to work with, the staffs are professional and respectful… I’ve been working with them for years now and they always make my trips great and easy. Keep it up guys.
My husband signed on with CHRobinson he finds loads and good loads all the time. When he calls to either book the load or bid he hasn’t had any issues with not getting a hold of anyone he always gets through. When they tell him they will call right back always do. The load board you have to get use to it but pretty easy. The only thing I can say is CHRobinson is a good company the people from brokers to insurance department we alway have very good standings with them. If I have questions on paperwork anything I call get to the right department explain my problem they help correct the issue and I’m good to go. When sending in our billing if it’s not clear or ledgeable they let me know I fix the paperwork good to go. So from both of our experience we are giving CHRobinson 5 stars. Well deserved.
As I owner operator I’m concerned about the prices been pay on the loads it’s getting to the point of not running any loads because it doesn’t cover the diesel, time, and brake downs nor drivers pay. It’s sad because we just have to stop hauling.
Working 6year with 4 trucks. I worked with best brokerage company CH Robinson .Andrew is best to book load .Always nice to working and book load. Now online booking load is Geary too.! 🙏✅

NavisphereCarrier is nice, but ever since I got a new phone, iPhone 8, I have no option to “find loads”. I’ve tried uninstalling and downloading it again with no luck. Would be glad to give it a 5 star rating if this gets fixed though.

Never had a issue with NavisphereCarrier or ch very nice brokers. And there quick pay is actually quick. I look forward to loads with ch when find that works . Nice Ch

When will NavisphereCarrier allow us to choose the trailer type like website do, it’s kinda bothering when you’re looking for an double drop or rgn load and gotta check all flatbed stuff, please make that option 🙏
Very happy I signed up with CH Robinson , aslong as you get used to their system you shouldn’t have a problem with finding loads , and their app is so sufficient you don’t even have to call in for anything! Very professional and good customer service !
I personally liked calling and discussing loads with rep Sergio who I always use.!! App sometimes has team loads mixed in and loads to call into for them. Booking option and offer option are mostly fine but lack the information we need.!! Example unload time history. Rate versus 15 day average to name a few.!!
