How to fix HazMat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HazMat app on iPhone
Update HazMat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HazMat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HazMat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HazMat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix HazMat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HazMat app issues:

Force Stop the HazMat App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HazMat app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HazMat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HazMat App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HazMat app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HazMat.

Fix HazMat unable to contact server/ HazMat internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HazMat » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HazMat » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HazMat on android.
