Appen crashar när man ska boka tid till virtuella kön

Appen för virtuella bokningar fungerar ej. Fick tid till en attraktion och planerade dagen därefter. När vi kom fram till attraktionen, gällde i te den tiden och det var kaos i kösystemet. Valkyria var attraktionen.

How to fix Liseberg app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Liseberg app on iPhone
Update Liseberg app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Liseberg iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Liseberg on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Liseberg network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Liseberg Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Liseberg not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Liseberg App
1. On android, goto Settings » Liseberg » click [Force Stop]

Update Liseberg to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Liseberg App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Liseberg » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Liseberg.

Fix Liseberg unable to contact server/ Liseberg internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Liseberg » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Liseberg » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Liseberg
