I just upgraded to iPhone13 and NordPass won’t open - just shows a black screen and I cannot access any of my passwordz
I have two email accounts, lexpu@redacted and lputnam722@redacted. I am unable to get nordpass to open because it does not recognize my master password. I have used nord vpn, but have never been able to use nord pass. Since I just purchased a two year subscription, I would like to get some assistance. I can not find a phone number for support. Please assist.
I tried to unlock the vault with my master password, and it doesn't work, NordPass support has not even help, they sent me links to knowledge base they use, but so far, it's been useless, I put in my master password, and it just spins and spins. I don't recommend using Nord Pass to anyone. NordPass is not a password manger that I will continue to use after today, The support is very slow at answering any concerns and I think mind needs attention.
I just bought a 2 year subscription to the NORD Pass password manager. I had it already downloaded on my IPad Pro. The only thing I see when I started it is a blank/black screen. Please advise.
So I was having problems with transferring my dashlane passwords. I contact NordPass for assisitance. NordPass wants me to pay another outfit to assist me. Is this the kind of support I can expect from NordPass. I have to pay someone else to do your job?
Since moving to Windows 11 computer, NordPass has been very difficult to open. The cursor keeps spinning and in most cases I have to wait to stop the spinning and start all over. Please advise. Thank you

My main complaint is that I’m badgered with request to upgrade the account. My next complaint is that the software is too confusing to use. How confusing can a password manager be. Well don’t even waste your time on this piece of you know what. It’s really dizzying how a simple feature can be so confusing to use. You have multiple devices and it wants to know your master password. What what is the point of a regular password if you have to enter a master password. Just too confusing it’s annoying nag where. And I’m top of that there’s a note on there that says that they will compare your passwords with the dark web. Well if my passwords are secret in the first place then how are you able to compare them with what’s on the dark web. Scam. Avoid.

I’ve tried about every password app on the App Store. This one has to fall in the worst two of them all! I don’t know which other one is worse but hey, I’ll be willing to admit there may be another one worse out there, just not sure which it would be. Customer service is a concept totally foreign to these people. I tried the paid version for 20 days and requested my “no questions asked guaranteed refund”… yeah right! I’m not holding my breath on that one. I talked (chatted on line - 2 hours almost) with four “service reps” who tried to talk me out of cancelling. Actually it was more like an inquisition… Anyway, I suggest trying some other app to avoid spending hours of frustration trying to get this albatross to work. Or, trying to get a refund…
Update: I did get the refund.

I’ve been using NordPass for a few months and my experience is, it’s buggy, very buggy, across the board.
In the browser, the plug-in frequently does not start. Clicking on the icon and selecting “Start NordPass” does not work and requires several attempts. Today, when I click on the icon, it no longer opens the window with the button to start NordPass.
On the PC, there are times it won’t login. Example, today when starting my system, NordPass asks me to login. It has the correct email address. When I click the Login button, the browser opens and says “Logged in successfully”. The desktop app has a continue button. When the Continue button is clicked, another browser tab opens and informs me, again, “Logged in Successfully”, so I’m stuck in a loop without access to my passwords.
The IOS app is no better. Almost always I have to click and click and click before NordPass wakes up and does what it’s supposed to do.
I’m locked out of my passwords. This is very frustrating and keeps me from doing the work I need to do.
I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a password keeper.
