Unable to get cameras to move upon sliding my fingers across app. It used to work on all 5 cameras. Now it works on none. Please help

Hi, my IPC360 has gone off line. I can’t get into my app keeps saying server off line. Connecting. But nothing happens? Have spoke to my broadband provider and there is no issue with them. Can you help? Thank you , Carol

I am having issues with recovering videos. I purchased the service and every time I try to view videos it says to Please Subscribe to cloud services and when I hit the subscribe button, it tells me the subscription is successful, but PayPal has it under review. This has been the case for about 8 months. I am not finding any solutions to this and if I am not able to get any here, i will have to replace this system. I love the cameras, but if I cant review saved clips, the system is useless to me. Please point me in the right direction as i am not interested in purchasing a new system. It all worked fine for the first year and I could view the saved clips. Thank you Craig White

It arrived! Now what do I do? I have a Motorola phone that has problems with Wi Fi, I don't have a computer. I know nothing about electronics! Will this RX1800,AX1800 Dual Band Wu Fi 6 Router work with my moto phone now? How do I set it up? Or do I need more equipment? Thanks, D.Peterson

I've had victure home app for about 5 weeks it's stopped working can't log in it just says app stopped

Great camera, terrible app

We were using this camera for our baby monitor. It was located close to our modem and router so we excepted no problems. The camera and app worked well for the first month or so, then I would wake up to loud baby cries, but heard nothing from my phone. When I’d look at my app (that I kept running all night), there would be a black screen with a buffer wheel. No video or sound until I closed the app and reopened it. Sometimes even doing that wouldn’t work. I would have to completely close the app and restart it. I reached out customer support who responded that they debugged the app and to try it again. It still had the same problems. I was then told to make sure I had the updated version. I did. Still the same problems. The camera is great. The app is garbage. We don’t use this any longer. I bought a new camera system for our baby’s room.

Worked for the first couple months.

System worked good for the first couple months. Now it takes forever to connect to the cameras, when you open the app and click on the settings it just sits there with the loading wheel on the screen. You can’t restart the hub or anything from the app. I used the SD card recommended for this system and still can’t view any notifications without subscribing. I have tried restarting the whole system deleting the cameras and unbundling the hub and reset everything up as if I just received the system and it made no difference. Camera system still doesn’t function as it should. I will be finding a new system.

Two models

I ordered the older model that has the triangle on it and I absolutely love it. So I ordered two more of the same exact one... but I got two totally different ones. They say the name on them instead of the triangle. So I downloaded the app and it’s totally different from the first one. I need to be able to go back and view everything that happened while I was away from my house but I can’t. I even purchased 2 of the $3 storage for 24 hour play backs. It didn’t work either. Either tell me how to go view and watch my video footage from me being away or send me two of the older Versions please. I will send these back.
