We were using this camera for our baby monitor. It was located close to our modem and router so we excepted no problems. The camera and app worked well for the first month or so, then I would wake up to loud baby cries, but heard nothing from my phone. When I’d look at my app (that I kept running all night), there would be a black screen with a buffer wheel. No video or sound until I closed VictureHome and reopened it. Sometimes even doing that wouldn’t work. I would have to completely close VictureHome and restart it. I reached out customer support who responded that they debugged VictureHome and to try it again. It still had the same problems. I was then told to make sure I had the updated version. I did. Still the same problems. The camera is great. VictureHome is garbage. We don’t use this any longer. I bought a new camera system for our baby’s room.

System worked good for the first couple months. Now it takes forever to connect to the cameras, when you open VictureHome and click on the settings it just sits there with the loading wheel on the screen. You can’t restart the hub or anything from VictureHome . I used the SD card recommended for this system and still can’t view any notifications without subscribing. I have tried restarting the whole system deleting the cameras and unbundling the hub and reset everything up as if I just received the system and it made no difference. Camera system still doesn’t function as it should. I will be finding a new system.

Do not waste you’re no money!By the time you open VictureHome , it connects & shows you what you’re camera sees, that’s too late by then either house or your car already been broken into!It takes forever for it to connect ANDWhere are you do don’t disconnect it once you get it going we had to change the Wi-Fi password and now we can’t get it connected again!! I should’ve spent a few more dollars and gotten a better one! So disappointing😔

I ordered the older model that has the triangle on it and I absolutely love it. So I ordered two more of the same exact one... but I got two totally different ones. They say the name on them instead of the triangle. So I downloaded VictureHome and it’s totally different from the first one. I need to be able to go back and view everything that happened while I was away from my house but I can’t. I even purchased 2 of the $3 storage for 24 hour play backs. It didn’t work either. Either tell me how to go view and watch my video footage from me being away or send me two of the older Versions please. I will send these back.

I consider myself a patient person. I tried and tried and tried to connect this camera and was unsuccessful after trying for over an hour. I followed the directions and reset the camera numerous times to see if it was user error and was never successful after each time and trying to reconfigure my internet connection.
I got this to monitor my dog while we are out of our place. I have to imagine there are better cameras on the market that will accomplish the same task.
If you are looking for something for true home security, go with a name brand.

Just like everyone else said! This camera was working ok for the first few months. And just recently it’s been terrible! I go to turn it off, but it stays on! I go to turn it on and it won’t turn on! The live stream works and then it starts buffering! I close out of VictureHome then go back in and the live stream screen is just a black screen that’s buffering! I restarted the camera and now it won’t connect anymore! This is horrible! I use this to keep an eye on my baby while she is sleeping and now it doesn’t work! I’m really frustrated!

Like all of the other reviews, this camera was really good for about two months and then VictureHome just stops working. I go out of town a good bit and got this camera for security and keep an eye on my pets. Two months after I set it up AND paid for a year subscription for the playback, VictureHome stops working. It keeps loading but never will pull up live view and all playback’s say “Recording Not Found” but will still give you notifications of motion or sound. I really liked this in the beginning but it’s just junk now and a waste of money. Support is a complete joke because nobody will reach out to help and the FAQ they have had nothing to do with common issues. Go get your money back if you can and buy a legitimate camera that is reliable and has a better support team. RING is a much better product and company!

I have a camera set up in my house so we can keep an eye on the dog while we’re away. The issue is that you can only share it with two other people, so someone in the family has to be unable to see doggo if their at work. Video is clear and works well, app was decently easy to set up, but the sharing with two people was what makes this a two stars

I’ve had VictureHome since December. Yesterday I paid for a subscription for my second one and this morning after it did an update it is just crashing. I reset my phone, deleted and re downloaded VictureHome . I don’t know what I’m supposed to do next but I have spent a lot of money on these so I’m a little upset and not to mention I use it for my cat and my front door.

This was once a great product. We purchased 4 of them to place around the house when we leave. My husband and I travel a lot on the weekends. I can’t even have the camera one for 10 seconds without it buffering. I try to move the camera position through VictureHome , and it freezes. Even when I close VictureHome out and get back into it, it will still buffer for 30 seconds or more before I can see anything. I thought maybe the cameras needed an update and this isn’t even an option. Pretty much junk now.

The camera works great - very high resolution - but VictureHome is terrible and unreliable. VictureHome worked fine for the first few months but now we are stuck with endless buffering on the live stream. We have high quality internet so it is not a wireless issue. The buffering is problematic because we use the system as a baby monitor and need real time video and audio. I no longer trust this product so we purchased another. Don’t waste your time or money on VictureHome and service

I have 3 Victure cameras. 1 older models on the IPC360 app and two newer modes in the Victure home app. The older model I love and have no problems with but the two on the Victure home app not so much. I set one up as a baby monitor and it was working fine for 1 week then all of the sudden it stopped sending notifications. I’ve tried everything and I cannot get it to send motion or sound notifications. It’s useless if it will not send notifications….

This unit was great in the beginning. We have 3 cameras hooked up and they were awesome until 1 day notifications stopped coming through for all 3 cameras in both mine and my husbands phone. I have looked at all my setting and cannot find the issue. The fact that it’s happening on my husbands phone leads me to believe it’s an app problem not ours.

Haven’t had any issues except having to log in every time I open VictureHome . Only one person is allowed to be logged in at a time and it’s really annoying when you and you’re partner both want to check the camera every day or god forbid at the same time.
Would give 5 stars if it didn’t have this issue.

Been using this camera as a baby monitor for about 6 months, periodically the notifications will stop appearing at all, for like weeks on end, no matter how many times I try to reset the settings. Then they will come back randomly and so on. The sound also has a habit of just not working, the same way the notifications do, it will stop working even when it says it’s on, and then start working randomly. Pretty inconvenient

We have been using the camera as a baby monitor and it’s been working great up until recently. The live stream will work for about 30 minutes and then just continuously keep buffering. I have to close VictureHome and restart it just for it to work again. I tried uninstalling VictureHome and re-logging in and that didn’t work. I think it has to have something to do with the last update because i didn’t have any issues with it until this most recent update happened. Super frustrating having to keep restarting it multiple times a night.

I bought the camera and want to use it for my coming new puppy in case it wants to do the business in the mid of night. The sound detection and motion detection works, and I can receive a short sound alert and a notification on my phone.
I wish the alert sound can be longer so it can wake me up during the mid of the night to take my puppy to use the bathroom.
Will add extra star to make it 5 once that long alert is added! Good work!

I bought the camera and downloaded VictureHome after the most recent update and I’ve had no issues so far. Camera and app work great and with an sd card I can review recent footage. Love being able to check on my bunnies while away or even just in the kitchen cooking!

I have three kittens and my kittens are growing. They’ve started jumping all over the counters, sink, and stove, which is a no-no in my house. So, I bought this camera/app, and a motion detecting alarm. I placed the camera against the wall and the alarm on the counter.
VictureHome gives me playback of motion detected in the kitchen, and the alarm scares the crap out of the cats, so they’re staying off the counters. It’s catching them when they think I’m not watching too which is great! I love this!

I had VictureHome connected to the camera in maybe two minutes, and a few minutes for an automatic firmware update. Extremely easy. Picture is very clear. I have no complaint.

I bought a pet camera for my cat while I’m away and it would be nice to have an app that works. For weeks I wasn’t able to log in on my phone because I kept getting a code error. Now that I can finally log in, I keep getting an error saying that there’s no video available for motion detection. Unbelievably annoying. I wouldn’t recommend buying this camera unless you want to be disappointed.

App text is poorly written and inaccurate. The functionality is so shockingly poor that it would necessitate someone actively TRYING to write poor, malfunctioning code to design such a miserable app. Oh and the camera itself - complete waste of my $30 something dollars. This is basically a scam. Read additional reviews and internet search it before buying. I’ll be reporting this to BBB or whatever else governs scams like this.

Camera stopped working after 2 weeks, could not log back in, because email and password wasn’t in correct format, and I don’t know what that means. Contacted tech support numerous times, no response. Do not buy this camera, not worth it!

Too many issues with VictureHome: doesn’t save settings, constantly forgets network, camera rarely ever works when I’m outside of my home. Makes my indoor camera pointless.
Customer service has been friendly, but they have not been able to fix the problem. I tried everything they suggested and Im really frustrated with VictureHome.

The quality of the camera is nice. I just wish the device wouldn’t disappear from my app every other time I left the house. Defeats the purpose of having a camera if I can’t see what’s going on.

Where is the documentation? Very difficult to get everything working via the app. The app doesnt let me record and there is no guide or troubleshooting capability. I would recommend that you don't choose the EC810 and Victure app.
