App not showing on screen

I used to be able to click "add to calendar" after booking my session and it would show up in my Google calendar. This stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I have tried deleting and reloading the app without success. Does anybody have a solution?

Trying to cancel and keeps saying something went wrong

I have received not notifications reminders since Nov 20. I have made no changes to phone settings. I know I'm not alone. I rely on reminders, especially ones for getting off a waitlist. I see text in the notification area on my phone, but it it doesn't come through to the text thread. Ideas?

I have an unlimited membership. Within the past week, my the club pilates app is telling me I'm out of credits and can't book classes. The studio employees have not been able to resolve the problem yet. It's frustrating having them book my classes

My Club Pilates app on iwatch stopped working. Start comes up but doesn’t count my minutes!

I am a sales rep at the club Pilates in west palm beach FL. One of our members has the club Pilates app and it is saying that she has no classes booked even though she has 14 open bookings. She has deleted the app logged in and out and nothing has worked. What can she do so she is able to see her classes?

I have the Club Pilates app on my Apple Watch so I can track calories burned. Today during a FIT sessions, I burned 300 calories and got the little "congrats" buzz on my watch. When I went to look at the Apple Health app, where the Club Pilates app is linked, it is showing WAY LESS calories burned. What can I do to make sure what I get on my Watch is the same as what shows up in my Apple Health app? Also, where can I find all of my Club Pilates sessions from the past where these numbers are stored?

Dear customer service, If I want to make a reservation on the app to make a class schedule, it is called unavailable even though I can make a reservation.It's been repeating for almost a month that if I ask the Houston Texas Memorial branch I'm attending, it'll be fixed that day and then I can't book it again. They just say it's possible to fix it at the headquarters. It's too cumbersome to contact the front desk every time and make a reservation.They just repeat that they've already asked the headquarters to fix it.How long do I have to wait?

My Club Pilates app no longer shows my calories, heart rate etc after my class. I have allowed access to my health data on my iPhone and everything is turned on. I keep getting the message- please allow access to health data on iPhone. I have done that … also deleted and reinstalled app, rebooted iPhone several times and also my Apple Watch. In addition, I unpaired and then paired my watch… NOTHING has changed. VERY frustrating.

With the new update of the phone, watch, and app my workouts no longer are being shared with the app. It records it on the watch but will not sync with the app. It says it I need to share health app data (which all of it is turned on to share) but then the app says "Something went wrong" and will not share the health data. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app after hard reboots and nothing is fixing it.

I have upgraded to unlimited classes and i cannot book a class…keeps telling me i a out of credits…i have paid for two classes just to keep going,but seems counterproductive..now i am paying twice!not happy,club pilates

Deleted a class and tried to add one. App says I don’t have enough credits.

my app keeps saying that I have to purchase credits to sign up for a class??? i am an unlimited member wtf is going on????? this app is the worst

App on I-phone will not hold both locations I can select from. Every time I close the app I have to go and select the additional location. Which is not good. I have ended up at the wrong location. Also my app will not track my workout on my Apple Watch. When it ask to start work out it just disappears. All of this started happening 2 updates ago. Before that everything worked great

Club Pilates Android app keeps saying "network connection lost" when users try and see their schedule from the Android App. App won't work again unless I un-install and re-install again. I have to do this every time. Someone please fix this!

I am an unlimited member, moved from the Pilates Club in Woodstock, GA to the one in Canton, GA, have a new app showing the new location but can’t book classes as it shows that I need to purchase credits. WHY??? Told the people at the club about the issue. It’s been ten days now and the problem hasn’t been resolved yet! The people I talked to at the club in Canton, GA said they’ve contacted corporate in CA, but here I am still waiting to have the technical glitch fixed!!!

Whenever I cancel a class (in advance of the 12 hr window), I receive a cancellation email, but when I try to s Hedley another class, it keeps saying I'm out of credits. I am using the most recent Android version, I've tried deleting storage and cache, I've tried signing in and out, restarting my device and reinstalling the app.

After working just fine for over a year now every single time I open the app on my Iwatch it immediately crashes and I cannot access anything with Club Pilates app on my Iwatch

Apple Watch crashes as soon as I open it I can’t use it for classes anymore

I have 2 credits remaining but unavailable to retrieve to sign up for new classes. I don’t want to continue getting charged if I have credits.

iwatch app crashes as soon as you try to open it. Twice this week, the session would not end and I had to reset the app to access a new class for tracking.

The app is crashing as soon as I open it.

My app seems to be frozen. It won't let me sign out and it doesn't show any classes upcoming or my schedule.

I just moved my CP membership studio and lost the record of my class history. I have taken over 750 classes and do not want to lose that record, for my tracking but also so new teachers can know my experience. Please help restore those to my account. Happy thank you!
