App crashes upon opening

I am unable to use the inshape app. it crashes every time i open the app. so i cannot check the class schedule or reserve my spot. Is there any plan to fix this issue?

App has been crashing for several weeks. Will be canceling or asking for a refund since this makes it difficult to make reservations.

The app automatically quits. I tried running it many times. The staff suggested uninstall, restart, and the reinstall. That does not work. May I suggest fire app programming team. Delete all codes. Rehire new team.

I removed the app and reloaded And it still does not open on my iPhone I have the most Recent version updated on my phone for Apple and I asked the inshape People for help and they weren’t able To fix it

For weeks crashes every time on launch. Same as others above. Restarting iPhone with layers iOS version, reinstalling app, resetting network settings. Nothing works:

I’m having the same problem as everyone else. For nearly 4 weeks, the app just crashes immediately upon launch. I’ve updated iOS, deleted, reinstalled, rebooted eight times now, but the app is freaking worthless and now I can’t access all of my club’s amenities.

Since the last update the app won’t work on my iPad. I try to open it and it immediately crashes.

The app crashes immediately on my iPhone and none of the suggested fixes make any difference. Deleted and reloaded the app several times, restarted the phone, etc. No luck.

App closes instantly. Won’t fix issue even when downloading. Need access to club

App will crash instantly upon opening. Deleted, restarted iPhone, then reinstalled from Apple Store, same behavior.

Unable to open app on my phone. I use same email as my wife Charlene McCain but we have separate iPhones
