    All your courses in one place

    I really like that fact that all you have to do is enter your email and verify it and all courses regardless on the instructor come up and you can enter multiple email addresses. I found some courses that I had forgotten that I had. I only wish you had an iPad specific app, there is so much wasted space with the enlarged iPhone app.

    Audio/video sync issues

    This app was working great for me on both iPhone and iPad for about a month, but now I’m getting issues with the audio being several seconds out of sync with every video I try to watch. I’m not sure why that started happening all of a sudden, but I don’t have any issues watching the same videos on a wired PC on the same network, so it must be something with the iOS app. Maybe these videos are 4K and the app has to have the device downscale it but it isn’t powerful enough so it is lagging a bit. But the same thing happens on safari...so I dunno.

    Sometimes I have to wait hours before I can use the app again

    I have had the app since it started and I have several courses from different course creators in one place. It's great that I have access to all the courses, but when I buy new courses with any creator half the time the app updates and half the time it doesn't. Also I can go into the app once, but I have to stay in there if I leave for any reason I can get anything to work and I have to wait several hours before I can access any course again in the app. Super frustrating.

    Easy course access on the go

    Glad to be using the app on my iPhone 8 Plus. I have signed into four different email accounts and accessed courses I have purchased over the years. I have access to my own course and changed the icon to mine from the standard kajabi one- now mine stands out. I would like to see the module listed and not just the lessons. I like seeing my profile pick with resume option. I tried the search function but was not finding anything - will wait to see how searchie fits into the app system. Updates in footer of courses is really the announcements section- hoping they can change the wording somewhere to have them be the same. Looking forward to growing with the app

    Incredibly Seamless

    Instant access to all of my videography courses that I used to have to wait until I got home to watch! The one-touch login process they have made it super easy for me to just open the app and BOOM I was in!!! Hopefully there are some more features soon but the community portion is super helpful to have on mobile. Thanks Kajabi!

    Good, but one minor nit

    All in all pleased... For historical reasons, I have two accounts (separate email addresses)for one Kajabi site. I registered both addresses with the app, but only one of the sites shows up. Understandable, but I would appreciate if it gets fixed. Another bug: one site I forgot about until today spins but shows nothing (desktop shows URL doesn’t work). It appears I can’t get back to the site picker when this happens, even after killing the app. I had to uninstall and reinstall.

    “An error has occurred”

    I’ve been attempting to gain access to my Kajabi app for weeks now to no avail. Could you please release an update to fix this? In response to the repeat suggestion made to other reviewers: Yes, Kajabi team, I am, without question, using the same email address associated with my Kajabi account. And as a course creator, I pay upwards of $60 per month to be a member on your platform (which is amazing, by the way). Please take a closer look into this problem. It would be nice to use the mobile app one of these days.

    Enjoying the app

    It is great for me to use to respond to posts in my communities. Much sleeker way in and out. I think it will be primarily used for that and for quick access to videos and charts. I did add an icon that will differentiate my products. Looking forward to more enhancements.

    Working well

    After some initial issues with loading content the course is now accessible. The developer reached out after my first review and the app is working great now. Thank you for the quick response!

    No iPad friendly

    Please update the app so it can be viewed on an iPad horizontally rather than just vertically. I primarily use my iPad for apps.

    Won't send email

    I have tried to verify my email address several times and nothing comes up nor in my spam. Thought it would be helpful to use instead of going online but nope. UPDATE: In response to the developer, yes, I have courses loaded and yes, I used the same email address used to access the classes. As I stated in my original review, "Thought it would be helpful to use instead of going online but nope."

    Love having all my educational content on my phone

    ‘Download’ is not within the app

    - Downloading a video does not save it within the app for you to watch later - Downloading files you’ll need to save them elsewhere, ‘Save to Dropbox’ is broken I would expect that this app would provide good offline behavior like Udemy or EdX so I can watch, read and complete lessons. It does not, so I cannot read content within the platform offline. I do not want to have to go to a separate app to find my course content. This app still has a handful of glitches but is usable.

    Not only will the app not connect to the site, the customer support was generic and unhelpful. They kept insisting that I should check the spelling of my email address even though that was clearly not the problem since I was getting an email from the company but it did not contain verification information. Based on 4 interactions with customer service who basically wrote me off, I won’t even attempt to use this ever again. —— Response to developer response. I did check the email address and I did email you guys for assistance. See above. Your tech team doesn’t seem to read.
