Very easy to use, able use the function with easy!

App is always crashing. I have to use my phone to access customer information but every time I leave the app to get customer information the app just completely crashes I have to write down physically every information that I need in order for the apps and a crash because I can’t go to any other windows. For whatever reason the app never keeps me logged in I always have to re-enter my password wasting time on the job site. If I’m not using sunpowerconsole and I’m not using sun power Profleet connect and I should have a wealth of information on this app. The issue is if I’m trying to diagnose something and I have to go between Profleet connect and my phone I can’t get the information. That I have to call tech-support and get more information. Most of the buttons don’t show that they’re ready or say continue they just still load but actually they’re ready to be pushed to the next step. If another site or another home has claimed mi I should be able to delete them off another side road from my phone. I don’t know if this is a Sunpower trying to save money by not using laptops and making people use their own personal phones. Anytime you click the back button it loses the address and you have to re-enter the address.

Worst software in the business. Over an hour on-site ON AVERAGE just to establish communication with a homeowners wifi. If you call tech support it’s usually someone who has no idea what they’re actually doing, just reading from bullet point list of steps that I’m convinced is just to designed to make your blood boil. The server transfer that occurred over the summer majorly screwed up data collection for an extended period of time. I don’t know where they hire their engineers from. I’d give it negative 5 stars if I could, and all the 5 star reviews must be SunPower employees. Sunpower makes me want to choose a new profession.
