I purchased a jacket from them that was specifically supposed to be a Large and when I got my package it contained a medium size jacket rather than a large one. I simply did what they asked, printed the labels and sent it out for replacement. They then insisted that I raised a dispute through my bank (Which I hadn’t) and didn’t want to give me a replacement or send me back my jacket THAT I PAID FOR. If you ask me this company is nothing but a scam.
