Painful compared to the Blue Shield app

Got forced to download this app as my employer enrolled in the Engagement Point program. This is a glorified mobile webpage masquerading as an app.
Sacrifices all the utility of the Blue Shield app for non-essential engagement surveys:
-Has no security features like TouchID or Face ID
-links out to browser to load Blue Shield plan details, claim benefits, ID Cards
-no longer has clear integration to HSA account
Also, wellbeing survey paths are somewhat nonsensical: I took the tobacco assessment (and answered the first question with No, I have never smoked) in order earn engagement points and now constantly getting pushed to continue tobacco cessation program. :facepalm:

I just want to find a doctor that my plan accepts. The app is useless and points you to the web which repeatedly crashes. When you try to use the regular blue shield app you cannot. I canโt believe this is an actual consumer facing product. Dreadful!

Absolutely the most useless and frustrating app Iโve ever used. Will not allow connection to my benefits, ID card, or anything Iโm supposed to be able to access from this app which means I have zero digital access to what was promised by using this app. Pointless garbage!!!
