Struggle to verify license

Even with my license visible it did not allow me to upload the photo. When it did try and upload it it kept saying failed, make sure you have the correct version of Check .

Not for everyone

I tried signing up using my United States license and it didn’t let me because they don’t take licenses out of the eu regions. Guess I will be using the other scooter rental apps since they’re not as picky!

Just try any other scooter app. They don’t care.

Does not accept foreign licenses

If you have a foreign (US) license, you cannot use this service, even if you are allowed to drive with this license.

Other providers have approved me with this license.

Not a tourist friendly

As i was hoping to use this service for my mobility in town, unfortunately they only accept EU/EEA regulations driving licenses as for tourist this will be a complication to creat an account
