I’m surprised

My mom told me about this app. To be honest, i was hesitant because it seemed a bit like an old person app... but honestly it’s great. I had no idea that I wasn’t hitting the standard for weekly activity on days that I didn’t go to the gym. Opened my eyes to a whole other perspective and keeps me accountable. 👍🏼

Perfect walk tracker!

This keeps me on track to my walk schedule. I get 50 points for my 2 mile walk (800 feet of elevation). Love seeing my heart rate zone rise as I go up hill and my earning pace increase. Still earn on the downhill but not as fast. Super motivating.
