ShapeScale is not giving me measurements. I have tried several scans, given my height, race, etc. I have no shapescore and no BMI, etc. I also have no idea why it is not loading my multiple scans for comparison mode. Overall this thing is very glitchy. I was hoping for a lot more. I hope they update it asap.
this app is hands down the best device that I’ve tried for tracking how my body is changing. No matter if you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight or just maintain - this app will provide extremely valuable insights into your body composition and help you along the journey.
My favorite thing about this device is that it gives you both the visuals and the hard numbers. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone who cares about their health & fitness!🤩
If you want the most accurate way to see how you are progressing on your fitness goals, then you need this app. A mirror can be helpful, but seeing how your body is changing as a heat map is an actual game-changer, coupled with tracking changes in body part sizes and, of course, weight, body fat, and all the other standard fitness metrics. The scale is easy to use; stand on it for a minute, and you’ll get a wealth of data and insights that are just unmatched.
I have been using the this app for about 6 months and the device is amazing. I am able to use ShapeScale to see the progress I have made to my body during that period. I get to compare my body weight, body fat and dimensions for different parts of my body. I see where I have increased or decreased both in inches, percentage and a heat map. I love the health scores as well. This is a great product with a excellent app.
Awesome app I use it all the time it’s super fast and easy. They just started rolling out challenges to so you can compete against other people for best results which is super fun and motivating.
