I just purchased babour Ellouh but it never worked, i payed for nothing. I tried to contact customer service but it never worked whenever I click on contact us, it failed. Stupid App, I regret using it. I’ll dispute the transaction!

The casting/Airplay function was not available, then it became possible after updating YARA , now it’s gone again following the latest update.

I was happy to pay for the first Algerian experience of its kind (A paid show on a streaming platform), but the developers have to do better and allow the casting function to be a constant feature (not disappear after updates). It’s inconceivable to force paid customers to watch hour long episodes on their phones or tablets only.

I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Tu paies pour encourager les nouvelles technologies dans ton pays pour enfin finir par regarder le feuilleton sur ton téléphone, on dirait que je suis transporté des années en arrière. Au moins mentionnez que Babour louh est uniquement sur application mobile!!!! Déçue
