Les Mills release app suddenly stopped initiating on iPad. iPhone is OK,
Was there an update? At the choice screen I select my usual session and then I am getting a server issue notice and given the choice to use offline.
App loads on my Smart TV but none of the videos play. (except one of the short trailers - 10s). Error 4001 up can not load content.
Cannot load the app, cannot re-install. Device up to date. Just sits on Choose Happy- have not had these issues before and I am NOT HAPPY. This is a paid subscription that I cannot access!!!!!!!
My app is not allowing me to see the + options such as bodypump. Even though I have previously been able to and pay for the + service

My app is stuck on the loading screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no change. I tried signing in online and when I click the sign in screen, it just sits there. My iPad is up to date and so is the app.
Apps not working I have deleted and reinstalled but isn't loading, my TV internet is working for other apps has something changed I have been using it for 2 years and not had this problem before
Having trouble streaming the Les Mills+ app on my firestick through the TV. Logged onto my account on my computer and it works perfectly. The only workouts that i can access from the app are the ones that i saved in my library.
Having problems connecting with firetv. Unintalled and reintsalled the app tried again and still not working properly. Connecting via my computer works fine so not my account. Other peleton appls working fine so not the tv or internet connect. Did your developers not take into account something prior to making changes in the app.
I can’t connect with my fire stick. Has worked fine for a year and the last few days it says it can’t access/load content. Internet working fine for other things

In the past 2 days videos stop working shortly after starting. Wifi/internet is fine, no issues with anything else. Very frustrating and this has never happened before.
When I try to open any of the workouts an “error” page comes up saying cloudflare cannot resolve the issue.

I can't connect via my laptop only via my phone. Videos either won't play on my laptop or stop very soon after they start playing. I hope this is fixed soon. Please can you update on the situation as soon as possible.
I cannot connect to my library or search on the left side of my screen. I have tried the left arrow. I am able to only play a few videos on the right side of my screen. Now what?
