Great workouts, bad customer service

I love the app and workouts! I’m very disappointed with the customer service. When the free trial ends, there is no notification of when you are charged. Every single app or subscription I have sends a reminder or notification before they charge for a subscription. They refuse to provide prorated refund. Beware of the free trial!

Why is my most expensive streaming service the worst?

I pay more for this app subscription than any others, so it’s very disappointing that this new version of the app is even worse than the old one. Chrome casting my workouts cuts in and out of the video constantly, and I have a great internet connection. I also had the app running in the background one day, and it sucked down 80% of my battery. I’ll assume they were using my phone to mine for Bitcoin. I have to manually make sure to quit this app completely every time I use it.

Despite all that, I love the workouts and how easy this makes it to get exactly the les mills workout I want. Please just fix the streaming tech and background processes.

New app is inconsistent

Since switching to the new app, it has worked inconsistently for me. I regularly get error messages that I can not play a video, or, the video just will not play when clicked. I have experienced this over multiple devices. I had a lot of hope for the new app, especially since you can better keep track of which workouts you have completed. Yet, you can not sort your favorites and there is no integration with Apple Watch. Because of these things I find myself using other apps for my daily workouts.
