I am a certified Body Pump instructor and I am having issues with my account. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in their customer service! Does it even exist?! I'm so disappointed with Les Mills right now.
I am STILL being charged for LEs Mills on Demand TWO years after I have cancelled my subscription! I am unable to get a hold of a real person to speak to about this.
I need a phone number I have many questions please
I purchased the &649.99 package and was to get a free 6 months with package. I was unable to figure out how to get the free 6 month membership.
why I cannot access the latest or new release workout on les mills on demand... please advise
I see a $14.99 charge on my credit card, although we have had a subscription for the past year and paid the annual amount. If I understand it right, the subscription in around $19.88/yr, which works out to $9.99/month. This is how I would like to be billed, not monthly.
I would like to see how much longer I have a subscription on my laptop. Can you please advise me how I do this. Thankyou

Love LesMills OD and this app is fantastic from a user experience and performance perspective. I gave 3 stars because we need one more feature that would make it less daunting to find workouts (there are so many types and episodes to choose from) and easier to get yourself on a schedule. I’d love the ability to “schedule” workouts for a specific date - in the app - so I can plan a weekly calendar view. It would be nice to be able to add specific workouts to a date, where in that day I can just click on it and workout and it have to search for it. Sith so many to choose from, being able to see a history of what I’ve completed and when would be super helpful. I posted this idea in the FB group and received a bunch of DMs supporting it.
LesMills posts workout plans on the LesMills site and FB files area you can download and print. This isn’t feasible or practical for many of us who travel and want/need things to be mobile with us. It would be awesome to be able to “join” those in the app and add the workouts to a calendar in the app associated with my LesMills account.
I have a treadmill with IFit coach and they’ve definitely mastered the idea of scheduling their on demand workouts to your personal workout calendar or joining a series of planned workouts. You may want to check out what they’re doing.

I’m a huge les mills fan and loyal follower. I’ve been doing body pump 3 times a week since 2006, love the workout and highly recommend it. Since the pandemic I transitioned to doing pump at home, and I have a few suggested improvements for the app. The first is that even as a seasoned pumper, I sometimes need visual cues from the instructor to catch on to the next move. This is often impossible because the workout videos use lots of wide angle and artistic shots so I can’t see what the instructor is doing! If I was just starting out it would be incredibly frustrating. Just show “boring” front and side angle shots so we can focus on the workout. I’m also missing the rewind or fast forward 15 seconds button that most workout apps have. And I’d like to see a workout history, where it shows which workouts I’ve completed so I can choose favorites or try new ones depending on my mood! Overall highly recommend but a few minor improvements to the app would make a five star experience!

I recently started a 30 day free trial of Les Mills On Demand. So far I really like it. The workouts have an energy that make them go by fast. I am not hard core into working out, and I am definitely not someone who loves working out. But, there is something about the workouts with Les Mills that make the time fly. Maybe it is the music, the way the videos are put together, or the workouts themselves. I don’t know. But, I am enjoying them and I think I will be keeping the subscription as an added option for my daily workouts. They are similar to Beachbody, but yet way different. Maybe I need to learn the app more, but I do find searching for workouts that work a specific part of your body hard to find. I like to do different things each day; cardio one day, upper body the next, lower body the next day, etc. But it seems the workouts focused on different body parts is more limited, especially when looking for workouts that are 30min or less. Many of us don’t have the time or desire to workout more than that each day. So more workouts in the 25 minute range and making it easier to find workouts for upper body, lower body, etc easier would make this program even better. Overall, I think this is a great program with some great workouts that get you sweating.
