Not working
I'm a new user with new employer, need to get money but I'm not sure how to do this. When I tap and try, the first thing that pops up is 'no user found.' Help please.
Trying to reactivate my account
I have not been able to acccess my funds going on 3 days and have talked to customer service and they said the end of day one I would be able to access my funds but still isn’t nothing yet and it’s day 4. SMH
Can't get my money
Same issue. I’m going on day four of no earnings! I reached out to their customer care yesterday and still nothing was done! Now their office is closed! I now have zero gas money for work, zero lunch money and this is straight bullshit.
I cannot login in
Tap check worked fine until January 18, 2023. I have not had any earnings to update. I've worked 6 days out of 7 and still nothing updates. I've tried to update the app itself it didn't work. I've tried to log out and remove and reinstalled still doesn't work. I have went to the website trying to see if it would make a difference but it did not. I've made a ticket as well with tappy but nothing has happened. I hope that this information will help get the application fixed quickly. Otherwise I am going to stop using Tap check
It's really unreal that after a week and a half they still can't seem to get my app fixed after I was told by the end of the day.. I felt bad for being ugly after a week I have called them every single day... I think they think it's funny but when your husband is dead and your parents and you have nowhere to turn its a terrible feeling.. I hope something happens to their money and they get to feel what I do... also after I get a payday I won't be using this app or even trying to I'm not paying a 5 dollar fee to access something to line someone's pockets who couldn't help me screw that... they can make it off someone else I've never felt so let down by people they are lazy and very uncaring... very upsetting it hard to work when you depend on some app that don't half work for gas, I would have used the app regularly not now.. my advice would be if you can't do NOT use their app go with one that can satisfy your employees
I contacted tap check around 2 pm. MULTIPLE times to get my accounts reactivated. I've emailed and called nobody has answered me. It's now nearly 9 pm on a Friday and now I won't get a cent until Monday because they closed at 7 pm! I'm disabled and have 3 kids to feed plus my partner is sick and needs their medications. Unbelievable that someone can have YOUR hard-earned $$ in limbo.
