I’m only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 cause I think the mobile app needs some improvement. I personally don’t like how it’s set up. For me it’s hard to navigate and I’m pretty tech savvy. With that said the program it’s self via desk top version is second to non and will never go back to any other software!

I am the office admin/general manager/main estimator for the business I work for so for me putting together proposals and estimates and using the templates and job costing features are priority and love it!

I have been using this app for a year now and feel like I can give it an honest review. This program as I stated in my title really has taken my business to the next level. We eliminated leak through of un-billed items, incorrect prices items, hours were easy and accurately recorded, and job costing gave us an instant picture of are profit on a job by job basis. I had two back to back jobs of similar work earlier this year. The first one my gross profit looked good but after this app calculated my true profit including overhead I lost 3k! Thanks to this app I knew in an instant where I went wrong and was able to correct it and profit on my future jobs. Customer service is also outstanding! They were always ready and willing to help me in any situation. Fantastic company and I highly recommend them.

this app has drastically changed the course of our business for the better! Learning to build a budget and knowing our numbers has made our business more profitable. this app has been a game changer for our small landscape design/build business. The SU crew is constantly making enhancements to the software to fit everyone’s needs. The job costing analysis is probably the largest benefit of this app. Like they say, “Know your numbers”.

I have been using this app for about a year and a half. It is an excellent management tool for company owners and managers to get a “big picture” over view of operations. . . From scheduling to time management to projects won and pipeline projects to job costing and seamless integration with QuickBooks accounting . . . this app definitely makes a busy manager’s life a bit easier.

We implemented this app in our company at critical time. We were struggling to make payroll and pay for materials, but knew we could better. We just didn’t know how to start doing better. I believe the number one reason you should consider this app is simply because this is an software built by a landscape company that understands much of the pain we all deal with at times....pricing, communication, speed, etc. And as such a they are focused on delivering what we need in order to streamline our operation.

We have now used this app for budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and more for around 4 years as a company. The experience has continued to get better. Building a budget, transferring info to the crew, and scheduling/completing that work, is a cinch. Service routing is a bit more difficult to handle within the system, but they are actively working to revamp the maintenance and invoicing side of it. That’s one thing we love about this company, is their constant improvements. They don’t just speak great things, they do them. 🙂
We have been very pleased with working with this app, and plan to continue doing so for the long-haul.
