If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my rating. I ordered a few things before with no problem. My second order has been a nightmare! My customer service agent “advisor” (they assign you one) is rude. She needed my phone number. I sent it to her 4 times and she keeps asking for it! I am ready to call it quits with this company. I get faster and friendlier customer service from the bigger wholesale distributors in China (the one whose names starts with Ali-). I’m starting a small business and was hoping to make Nihao my main distributor, but this lack of care in the needs of their customers by this particular CSA is just not worth the headache. It’s not worth the gamble. She told me that if I don’t send her my phone number (which iI did 4 times and have it in my profile) that the parcel company will destroy my items. How nice!! That’s reassuring—NOT!

This will be my second time ordering from Nihaojewelry-Wholesale. The communication with Jane, my sales representative, has been great during the whole ordering process. I reached out when I noticed items out of stock on my order and she was able to find other products similar to replace the out of stock items. Great customer service and fast shipping! I will continue to do business with them!

I made my first order and did not encounter any problems. I am trying to make a second order but it is not letting me choose a shipping method. NihaojewelryWholesaleOnline is trying to make me choose the shipping method they want wich is the same amount by a couple of dollars oof of what I am trying to buy. Too bad for this. I was planning on being a loyal customer.

My order arrived late and two of the products were broken. I’ve been very disappointed with the communication. Not able to contact you about replacing the damaged products. I want to place another order but I have so many reservations.

I ordered lots of bags. Was missing a lot and bags were out of stock after taking my money. Only gave me a refund for some and still charged shipping. Then told me I needed a video proof that I didn’t receive the bags. Having a hard time getting money back from what was missing. Some bags was damaged and poor quality and zippers were broke. Very dissatisfied with everything!

‌‌ Some items that were cheaper (like 30 cents) weren't amazing quality but it was 30 cents! Totally worth it! I highly recommend Nihao Jewelry! ‏‎​  

I’ve been trying to order, I contact them their info isn’t correct. I don’t know this place seems sketch.y. Even when I try to check out it randomly try’s to charge me an additional fee without telling me. I can’t make purchases here because my bank doesn’t trust it. It was my first purchase at Nihao, and I received my package within 1 days of placing the order, including 25 pieces of clothes, 10 pairs of slippers, 15 necklaces, and 15 pairs of earrings. But one piece of clothing was not received. They said it was out of stock and had processed a refund. I feel very satisfied with the product, although 1 product is missing.
I found them on Google. Before that, I didn\'t realize that the prices of these products were so low, which gave me a better choice for my business.
They need to improve, such as communication is not so fast, because only through the message center. The good thing is that I haven\'t encountered the problems that some people said, and I don\'t know why they encountered those things. The parcels are shipped faster than expected, and the quality of the clothes is very good. My customers are very satisfied.   ‌‍
