If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my rating. I ordered a few things before with no problem. My second order has been a nightmare! My customer service agent “advisor” (they assign you one) is rude. She needed my phone number. I sent it to her 4 times and she keeps asking for it! I am ready to call it quits with this company. I get faster and friendlier customer service from the bigger wholesale distributors in China (the one whose names starts with Ali-). I’m starting a small business and was hoping to make Nihao my main distributor, but this lack of care in the needs of their customers by this particular CSA is just not worth the headache. It’s not worth the gamble. She told me that if I don’t send her my phone number (which iI did 4 times and have it in my profile) that the parcel company will destroy my items. How nice!! That’s reassuring—NOT!

I ordered lots of bags. Was missing a lot and bags were out of stock after taking my money. Only gave me a refund for some and still charged shipping. Then told me I needed a video proof that I didn’t receive the bags. Having a hard time getting money back from what was missing. Some bags was damaged and poor quality and zippers were broke. Very dissatisfied with everything!
