I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! I recently have started to develop my own online boutique and the final step is actually ordering products (the hardest part) when I began my research I came across wholesale7. I spent hours and hours researching the products and thought I could give it a shot because the prices were so good! However, after making an 800 purchase and paying for expedited shipping, they have messaged me 4 times saying that multiple items are out of stock and that it will take an additional 3-5 days to process the new items I wanted in exchange, this has happened 4 times so if you do the math, that’s an additional 20 days in processing time NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING! I am planning to launch at the end of February and it is not possible with this company. ALSO, I messaged them for a refund and they told me to reconsider because of the holiday, however, I have responded multiple times telling them to refund and cancel my order and give my money back to me into my PayPal account and no shocker here, they have not responded because I want my money back. Moral of the story, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THEY WILL TAKE IT FROM YOU. I learned my lesson for owning an online business, DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITES LIKE THIS. The prices are too good to be true and they scam you for your money.

They are so unprofessional I was told I would be refunded $30 for the late shipmentsNever received my $30 refund then when I brought it to their attention it went from $30 to $4 after I spent almost $700 with a match that with $30 $40 wow on top of them giving you the runaround about what’s really going on to try and buy their self in time to try and keep your money I’m not asking for a full refund and having someone that I can’t get anybody to respond but I’m documenting everything for a lawsuit because I run a business a store called TYDA clothing and doing business with wholesale7 has set my inventory behind due to lies and bad business with this company! I am documenting everything I’m getting ready to sit with my business lawyer because it’s been over a month and I have not received no items and I keep getting the runaround about a refund not a happy customer at all

I ordered 5 jogging suits and one purse. The purse came with the string not being attached nor can the string even be attached. I’ve been trying to return my 3 jogging suit that don’t fit. I can’t get a hold Of anyone. I’ve emailed from Wholesale7wholesaleonline and from My personal email still no response. On one of the jogging suit the sizes were off I ordered a medium and large the medium fit perfectly ,but the large was way to tight. I would think the medium would be tight and the large would fit. The shipping fee is outrageous... for these items
I paid $28 not bad at all ,but for second order I wanted to place with only three replacement joggin suits the shipping is $59 dollars bringing my order from $46 and some change to $108 smh

I’m not sure why this company has low star ratings but I’ve just started with them and I ordered 4-5 shipments and I had no problem with none of them. Due to COVID 19 I still have been getting my shipments in a decent time. Only thing I don’t like is when I found out something is out of stock after I purchase, but they refund me and let me know before they ship my order out. Great communication through email and WhatsApp. Thumbs up so far👍🏽

This is my 3rd time ordering from this company! My second time should have been my last. They sell products that’s not in stock. My last order was paid for on February 3, 2021. Well today is March 1, 2021. They just emailed me after I emailed them several times asking about my order. They said the products are sold out but they are still up on the website! They say I can get my money refunded as a credit and order other products! Well it’s no way to cancel that order and no one will email me back! My order is still there saying processing! This is a nightmare!!! Buyer beware I’m out of over $100 of my company’s budget!

I have ordered 3 outfits from this company and I can truly say I haven’t been disappointed. Everything fits correctly and all my outfits came at the time I needed them to come and the packaging was neat and vacuumed sealed. I will be purchasing more and sending many people to this company and for good prices as well I would love to be able to work with them as far as branding goes .

I have ordered several items some are perfect some aren’t what I expected. I’m excited about my new journey with this merchant. The merchandise that I purchase is what people are wearing today. The communication is excellent and on time. So far I have 9 items to return. I don’t know how this will work but I will update my review.

This is my #1 favorite wholesale. If they’re out of stock on something, they will message you to let you know and accommodate you at the same time. I’ve ordered huge shipments from them for my store and I haven’t had anything missing from my orders😁 HUGE PLUS, anndddd I received them no later than 3 weeks.

No warnings on items that are no longer in stock ! They will charge you for the order and
If you had discounts on any items once they rebill everything they will not apply discounts therefore your credit bAck for the out of stock items will not be valid. On top of that they put the credit on your profile instead of your card and make it difficult to use the credit

I think it is really an inconvenience for your customers that you take 10 days to even process the order then it takes 15-20 days to ship?! And shipping is so expensive? WHY ARENT YOU GUYS LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THIS?! This should be a disclaimer before a customer even proceeds to check out OR at the time of payment. This is ridiculous, I’m going out of town and now my order won’t even be here. I ordered it at the beginning of the month & it won’t even be here until I’m ON MY TRIP.

Jaden made sure she had better way of contacting me because I wasn't happy with how things were going with my orders. She also switched out my items within 2 days and shipped it out which I appreciate. Was about to stop working with you guys but I will give another chance. Thanks

Never had a problem shopping with them. I’ve ordered 2 packages and each were in good quality. Slower shopping is expected when you’re dealing with an overseas company. The only thing I wish was different was the shipping rate. Sometimes their pretty high for what seems like no reason but that’s the only downside.

Clothes are great quality and they fit me perfectly. I got so many compliments for them I will definitely purchase again during Black Friday their have free shipping , I starter ordering from since 2020 and read the description before u buying That’s will be great if they always have free shipping I’ll buy more I have so many cute clothes from them

A lot of the clothes I bought materials I received were poor and cheap looking, they need to work on their notifications to customer when package has shipping and shipping prices are crazy!

I get good purchases sometimes and when they’re good they’re great!

Overall the quality of the clothes are good.. but they take longer than expected but happy with purchase. Will purchase again

The company is Great! I haven’t had any issues with them. Cherry has been sooo helpful and there Clothing is great. It is true to size and she is actually one of my vendors. No scam at all!!

The clothing fits just right. The material is perfect. The only bad thing is how long it takes for it to get to your address. And how much the shipping is. But other then that I will shop here again once I can afford it.

I was very pleased with the items I received and will definitely be ordering again very soon! Everything was exactly how it is presented on the site.

I saw Wholesale7wholesaleonline on the internet while i was searching for a certain item, while the clothes are priced good the shipping is way too expensive. my total before shipping was added was $25, the shipping itself cost $35. would not recommend unless you are comfortable paying more for shipping than your actual item(s).

They take wayyyyy too long to process and ship items. And then items are frequently out of stock so if that is ever your case they are going to double back and ask you if you want to replace them which will then take an additional 5-7 days to process on top of the two weeks they’ve already been taking for processing.

I love the clothes that are on this website however the price of shipment is high.

Probably a scam! Wholesale7wholesaleonline got so many cheap merchandise but the shipping cost starts from $30! and that’s just a flat shipping, it takes a month for your stuffs to be delivered! Am not gonna order nothing from this store!
