I'm an emergency physician, as well as somebody diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia. I can't really function very well without medication, but due to the nature of my job, even with it I am often sleepy and naps help a great deal.
I've been using apps similar to this one for literally decades. I think this one still needs improvement, chiefly with regards to customization and mechanisms to ensure waking up. On the other hand, I bought the SilentMode PowerMask way back when during the IndieGoGo campaign and it's probably the most comfortable napping equipment I've ever owned.

I typically listen to guided meditations in the morning to kick off my day, but ever since downloading this app, I’ve been using this a lot more.
It’s nice to switch it up and do breathing exercises rather than listening to guided meditations or using no audio at all. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still continue to do those, but it’s nice to add some variety and challenge myself in a different way. After each session I’ve done, I always leave feeling more calm, grounded and focused which I think can be beneficial to anyone!
Only complaint right now is, and it can probably be fixed with an update, is that I sometimes can’t end the session and it doesn’t count towards my progress. Other than that, this app is a great tool to add in your mental health toolbox. Thank you, Breathonics 🙌🏼

I love breath work but I have a hard time being disciplined. The app is great because it has 5min exercises with great information before you commit to it, like intensity and intention. Furthermore I’ve been using the app for only 2 weeks and notice capacity of lungs increased significantly. When running I can breathe and have over all awareness of my breath more then before using. This changed my routine of doing a extreme exhausting 40 min breath work once a month to 5-10 mins every day. I love the app & im excited to see what additional healthy habits curate from incorporating this work.
