Hi, I bought it on this Friday, charged for over 5 hours and when pressing button the light is red and even for a longer time still no change - red light. When charging the light was blue not blinking white. Pls help. Best Wiktor
We bought our son a GMR sole insert for Christmas and we get all the way to the section where we select the dominant foot and it continues to tell us this message. “Updating failed. An error occurred while updating the stronger foot. Cancel or Retry”. Here is what we have tried in attempt to fix it. We’ve selected retry multiple times. We’ve charged the tag. We’ve powered the tag off then back on. We’ve deleted the app on our phone and reloaded it several times. We’ve loaded the app on multiple devices and always get the above message when we get to the select your dominate foot part. Please advise.

Great Concept, Poor Execution

I love this idea, but it’s barely usable. A few times I returned from a 3 kilometer run only to find that the unit hadn’t actually tracked any of my activity. Then there’s shooting the ball. I’ve taken 200+ shots and it recorded all but one as passes. Just idiotic. And now it’s started telling me that my phone isn’t connected to the internet, so it can’t sync. (Spoiler alert - I’m posting this review from my phone. On the internet.) I contacted customer service to see if they could help and they acted like they’d never heard of such issues. All one has to do is look at other review in the App Store here to see that other people have had the identical issue. Very poor support of a very poor item. If I had it to do over, I’d just get a Fitbit.

The hardware and software integration is just plain bad it doesn’t track most of the time and shows it’s disconnected even though it’s connected and fully charged when you think that your stats are being recorded only to later comeback and see that barely anything has been recorded since it’s kept disconnecting throughout a session as an idea has great potential but under the hands of adidas who don’t make software or hardware the integration and experience take a massive hit to a pretty great idea of a product maybe actually invest in a proper dev team to get the integration sorted out as for the hardware guess that can’t be helped considering google make bad quality hardware and adidas doesn’t make any hardware
Unsatisfied, not worth the money

In the app and on here it states, “It's able to measure the number of kicks, shot speed, run speed and total distance run.“ And no where is there a way to access your shot speed, running speed, or anything related to that. Sure it’s cool that I can connect to fifa but as a player looking to get better I would like to know information like this in order to see what I need to work on and then compare this information later on. So I would not recommend this as it did not do what it Adidas said it would do, very disappointed.
