What ever card you have on file they will repeatedly charge you even if you canceled during the week free trial. 14 times they unknowingly charged me (I don’t usually keep money on my Apple Card) but I was about to make a purchase and transferred money and as soon as the funds were available this shady app immediately took it. I’ve reached out to Apple, my bank, and even UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer developers and no response. It’s a good app but not at the cost of being ripped off.

Wanted to try it out to see if it would meet my needs before I committed to signing up for premium. They say there’s a ‘trial period’ and you can create one route to try it out. What they don’t tell you is that once you create your free route, you have to agree to share your credit card info. While you can cancel after three days and not be charged, it’s misleading to say you can try one free route but then demand credit card details. You don’t need my credit card for me to try one free route. If your app is good and works, then I’ll pay for premium.

So, downloading it was a waste of time and it’s in UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer garbage now. 🙄

I am an individual trying to plan my route while I run several errands. I understand this is tailored specifically for delivery businesses but I should be able to plan my route using your application.

I was not able to get into the application because of the registration process. I do not believe I should have to provide you with both my email and my phone number in order to plan a route.

If they are necessary for the business logic of the application, please explain why during registration because it feels like too much personal information for what UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer is supposed to do.

I was looking for an app that would help me plan a trip with multiple destinations. UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer seems to have that capability and I mapped out where I wanted to go.

Unfortunately to actually use UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer and have it take you to your destination , you have to pay a laughable $10 a month. Not to mention UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer itself feels a bit scammy and I did not want to share my personal info. Sooo thanks for wasting my time. Im not paying for that lol

And before the developers or whoever responds, don’t bother. Im already looking for other options

Required to review UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer !? I paid for this service and app at premium and just get in the car and it holds me up for two minutes because I am required to leave a review. Have you lost your mind? I wouldn’t be using UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer for optimization of my time on this route if I had two minutes to give away NOT at my discretion. Otherwise I had liked UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer . Warning: at any given moment you will be forced to review UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer , optimally it will not be at the worst moment possible like it was for me. Now I’m late, thanks!

You’re FORCED (app will not let you continue) without writing a review. This aggressive marketing tactic is why you get a 1 star for an otherwise decent route planner

Edit: For the dev response, I looked at previous reviews after discovering this “bug” and people have had the same issue since Oct 2019 I don’t believe this is a bug. You’re not only baiting for reviews aggressively you’re also lying about a bug which is at this point intended if you can’t figure it out after 7 months. Shady developers.

I was looking for an app that would help me sort certain addresses I had to go to in a logical route, it does that but when you follow the driving directions it takes you miles out of your way from one address to another, it took me in a direction that did not seem correct and when I was able to pull over to check I was way off from my address when I pulled the address up on 2 other apps. I won’t be renewing UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer after this month is up.

I have been playing with UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer for a couple of months I have about 70 to 80 deliveries every day. I read in the comments where someone else has the same issue I do. You need to allow us to change the order on balloons. When you press optimize there always seems to be one or two addresses that are way off and it has me backtrack. Then go forward again. Which doesn’t really optimize the route. If I could click on each balloon and change the number order on each one. Then this would be a five star rating.

Plug the addresses in tap optimize route and you’re ready to go! However...if you need to change the order of stops for various reasons, you are unable to do that! If you optimize, you can’t switch back to the original order! Also...I PAY for premium services and because I didn’t want to review, they locked my premium services. That is unacceptable! Now they have their review so things better get unlocked quick!

Can load really slow sometimes than freeze. But when I go back into app everything’s still saved and I go on as nothing happened.. other than that, great app!

It would be great if the routes optimized on both ends, it also be great if I could see when my drive completes a delivery, 2 people
Monitoring the same route, dispatch and the driver. Other than that it has made delivering more efficient.

So far it’s ok.. I think if we are able to change the colors to our choice just because we can have stops that priority n some that don’t n era that much attention until later during our day.

Day one and I’m super excited about UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer. If they ask me to pay I will. I’m glad I was able to try it before making a purchase. You can easily enter your addresses using either excel or manually. I love it because you can designate the stop as a pick up or delivery. That’s exactly what I was missing. And it’s so professional! Every time you complete a stop you can log accurate notes and sign. I’m looking forward to the reports! My time per stop, time driving and miles were all logged along with confirmation of delivery! With a photo! Hope my excitement lasts and it continues to work!

I have downloaded about 5 other apps which were not user friendly and just waisted my time. UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer has been enjoyable and making life much easier

This has been very helpful. I have to make delivers a lot to a wide area and UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer has made it so much easier to plan my trip and to maximize my travel time without back tracking... thank you Route Planner ...

Great app for route optimization. Only draw back is you have to manually enter each address to include info and notes, unless you do it in excel first. Also wish they were was a desk top version

Total game changer! Definitely should use esp when driving for work and personal use on a daily basis is involved...planning times and multiple stops is a cinch with UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer
It literally relieves the thinking part in mapping your trip out for you based on which stops and addresses you plug-in ... great app!

Great tool. I work with a non profit organization that delivers furniture to people coming out of shelters and moving into an apartment or trailer with nothing but some clothes.
Setting up a route for each day of pickup and deliveries took many hours to optimize. Now I can do this with the push of a button.

This delivery routing app was very useful for delivering packages all San Jose. To be able to plot points on a map which then greatly helps to calculate the order of delivery.

We had to deliver 30 items to different address in Virginia Beach, Suffolk and Norfolk for a wedding. UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer makes our route and optimized it so we did not back track or waste time with our deliveries. It was a blessing to use for our needs. Thank you developers!!

Very interesting app, although I don't know if there is a more complete version. where you can make notes after each stop and also have the possibility to reorder the route in a simple way if you do not want to follow the order of established routes.

So far it’s been really helpful in planning my trip. I hope one day they’ll add a feature where I can see stops on the way to my final destination and be able to add them directly to UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer !

My company decided to offer deliver to a neighboring town during these hard times. Without RoutePlanner I would have never been able to get these done in a timely manner. I highly recommend UpperRoutePlannerOptimizer!
