Wanted to try it out to see if it would meet my needs before I committed to signing up for premium. They say there’s a ‘trial period’ and you can create one route to try it out. What they don’t tell you is that once you create your free route, you have to agree to share your credit card info. While you can cancel after three days and not be charged, it’s misleading to say you can try one free route but then demand credit card details. You don’t need my credit card for me to try one free route. If your app is good and works, then I’ll pay for premium. So, downloading it was a waste of time and it’s in the app garbage now. 🙄

I am an individual trying to plan my route while I run several errands. I understand this is tailored specifically for delivery businesses but I should be able to plan my route using your application. I was not able to get into the application because of the registration process. I do not believe I should have to provide you with both my email and my phone number in order to plan a route. If they are necessary for the business logic of the application, please explain why during registration because it feels like too much personal information for what this app is supposed to do.

I was looking for an app that would help me plan a trip with multiple destinations. This app seems to have that capability and I mapped out where I wanted to go. Unfortunately to actually use the app and have it take you to your destination , you have to pay a laughable $10 a month. Not to mention the app itself feels a bit scammy and I did not want to share my personal info. Sooo thanks for wasting my time. Im not paying for that lol And before the developers or whoever responds, don’t bother. Im already looking for other options
