Very inconsistent when watchin Blue Jays today.....can watch the 'update' part but not the 'live' feed ???? It says 400208 and check internet connection but this doesn't make sense if the update part works ??? A waste of money....will cancel as soon as I can !!!

Consistent issues with connection, timeouts, Api error 5, poorly designed software

Consistent connection problems regardless of the platform or my location. Rally big rip-off paying for a service that is so unreliable. I miss goals all the time because the app won't stream. Complete garbage.

When i hit the go live button on the screen it shows the nhl game i want then just goes black. If i retry sometimes i get commercials, but when the add is off the screen freezes at Commercial in progress

I’ve purchased Sportsnet and gotten the receipt for paying but when I open the app, it tells me I have to subscribe. I enter my info and then it tells me I’ve already subscribed. Then it tells me there is a problem with my payment. I can’t watch anything, I just go around in circles. I’ve shut everything down and restarted. I’ve unplugged AppleTV. Same thing happens every time. This is terribly frustrating. Please help.

App won’t open

Using sportsnet now app and it worked pretty good until a month or 2 ago and now all I get is error 400208. Need to either make it work or give me some money back. Error shows up regardless of wifi or data usage.

i have a subscription and pay $$$ you are not letting me watch games! why?

This app is so frustrating. Tales forever to load and often spins amd spins I definitely. HELP
