Like Alexander, I am unable to set up an account. With every username attempt I get the response it is taken. I found it astounding that every single one was taken when I have had no issues with just my name on much more populated platforms. I am using Android.

How to fix Hive Social app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hive Social app on iPhone
Update Hive Social app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hive Social iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hive Social on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hive Social network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hive Social Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hive Social not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hive Social App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hive Social » click [Force Stop]

Update Hive Social to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hive Social App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hive Social » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hive Social.

Fix Hive Social unable to contact server/ Hive Social internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hive Social » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hive Social » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
